Questo hotel è perfetto per fare una semplice ma positiva esperienza. C' un fitness centre ma il bar che si trova nel foyer manca di atmosfera. Lo staff della reception era cordiale ed accogliente. Il ristorante non è niente di speciale ma il cibo era okay e lo staff era entusiasta e simpatico. L'ambiente del ristorante è creato da un sottofondo musicale dal vivo, c'è una persona che suona il piano elettrico, a volte anche accompagnato! La critica più grande che posso fare è che nella loro infinita saggezza la gestione ha deciso di pulire i piani dell'hotel alle 4 del mattino e si sentiva come un barrire di elefante. Le scuse sono state limitate e ci hanno detto che il lavoro era troppo. Non è accettabile quando il rumore passa attraverso le pareti e raggiunge il 1° piano.

Dieses Hotel ist für ein Standardhotel ohne jeden Schnickschnack sehr gut. Es gibt ein Fitness-Center aber der Bar im Foyer mangelt es an Atmosphäre. Die Angestellten am Empfang waren freundlich und einladend. Das Restaurant ist nichts Besonderes aber das Essen ist in Ordnung und die Angestellten waren enthusiastisch und zuvorkommend. Hier wird die Stimmung durch einen einheimischen Musikanten, der an einem elektrischen Piano vor sich hinklimpert, untermalt, dadurch entsteht ein recht gutes Brummen! Der größte Kritikpunkt richtet sich an die Hotelleitung, hier war man so weitsichtig, um 4 Uhr morgens das Hotel zu schniegeln, es hörte sich an, als würde eine Herde von Babyelefanten noch der Mutterkuh rufen. Die Entschuldigung beschränkte sich auf die Erklärung, dass man mit der Arbeit bis 23 Uhr nicht fertig geworden war. Nicht wirklich akzeptabel wenn man bedenkt, dass der Lärm ganz leicht bis auf alle Gästezimmer im Erdgeschoss reicht.

This hotel ticks all the boxes for providing a standard experience without any of the frills. There's a fitness centre but the bar is in the foyer so lacks atmosphere. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is nothing special but the food is okay and the staff were enthusiastic and accomodating. The restaurant ambience is aided by a local musician 'plinking' away on an electric piano accompanied by some quality humming! The biggest criticism is that in their infinite wisdom the management decided to 'buff' the hotel floors at 4am in the morning which sounded like a herd of young elephants trumpeting for their mother. The apology was limited to an explanation that the work had overrun when it began at 11pm. Not really acceptable when the sound travelled easily to all residents on the first floor.
