Awesome hotel at a great price!!! The beds were soft (unlike many other Chinese hotels). The staff were friendly and did their best to please. We actually left some medication at the hotel and they couriered it to us without any hassles. Clean, comfortable and cheap! I will gladly stay in this hotel again Across the road from the shopping centre - not even 2 minute walk I am a fussy Australian and this hotel came up to every expectation.

We stayed here for one night. It was a very good price and an easy walk from the train station and Lo Wu shopping Centre. We arrived at 9.45 am and were able to check in then. They also allowed a late check out ( 2pm) the next day. They had a great couple band from the phillipines playing 70's and 80's music in the bar that night, where the architecture was of the same era. It was like being in a time warp, but what fun !! The rooms are spacoius and clean, but not ultra modern. The hotel was great. definitely 4 star. If your going just to shop this is a great place to stay. We would definitely stay again !

We arrived at the hotel at 10pm and the check-in was ok. However, we went for a drink at 11pm at the hotel lounge and were instantly hit on by a prostitute. And on top of that we decided to go for a walk and did not get out side of the hotel gate before we were hit on by sever (7) YES seven prostitutes. Our anxiety hit the roof and ran back into the hotel. On a better note Dick Nixion and Bob Hawke have stayed here and I'm sure that Bob still holds the bar sculling record he is still the best prime minister of Australia.

I was given by the manger a promotion when I booked my room, I was given free upgraded to a deluxe room located at 19 floor. 19 floor & above the rooms look more new & clean well other floor below 19 is all superior & standard room which look rather old. the different can be seen the moment the lift stop @ 19 floor & above well other floor lift lobby is rather outdated & old. Told by the housekeeping that all the deluxe & club room just reno not long ago. I was given 2 room & both room were big & comfort. great service from the hotel, clean our room twice a day. they put the slipper beside the bed & place with a basket of fresh fruits on the table. nice work desk & bright lights in the room. everything was provided in the washroom include a weighting machine. no strange smell for both room. 5 star standard. Try their food during my night supper. Food was abit ex but taste was great. nothing to complain about. The outdoor Swimming pool located same level as the main lobby. need some upgrade totally outdated. Breakfast in the morning was great, lots of food to choose from, porridge is the best amount all. A buffet breakfast cost only CNY $50 for a person which is dam cheap for a five star hotel. Everything was outdated & need some serious upgrading from lobby to level 18. location was great less then 5mins walk to the subway. Hotel is safe but not outside the hotel when night fall, Lots of prostitution hanging around the hotel road outside the carpet, but no worry the sercuity will stop them onces you step into the hotel carpark.

this is the worst hotel i have ever stayed in.The rooms stunk.It was old delapidated and the worst value for money.The site i booked it off showed a beautiful hotel,most probably from 1976! The pool and gym were a sham,ive seen better at a Y.M.C.A accomodation.This is false economy at its best.Best western should be ashamed of advertising this doss hole as a 5*. its more like a 2* and thats only because its close to the main shopping areas.And to top this sham of a hotel we got bitten by bed bugs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
