Worst hotel, very racist, waited all day to be seen to at reception every time, most of the time resembled an indian train station. Advertisements for euro 08 all over the place to watch in the bar, footballs hanging from the cielings bought my ?5 drink then chased out of the bar told to go to my room. I ordered a tiger beer (a small glass) ?2 but got a ?5 drink every time (swindlers) The pool is NOT clean ive seen the flies and other debri for myself. I could go on but couldnt be bothered writing about this dump. Saw an elephant outside the 7-11, good point. Bangkok was ok just try another hotel.

This is probably the worse hotel I have ever stayed at in Bangkok. First, they had too much security staff at lobby searching for residence who bringing visitors back so they can charge them extra money, second the room was very basic, third, I have asked for Iron and told me they don’t have one!, finally breakfast was horrible! So if you thinking to stay in Bangkok, avoid this hotel as you can stay at many other hotels better for the same price.

This hotel spoilt my holiday. after having breakfast in this hotel, i found that i had high fever and vomit. after checkout and checkin to other hotel. 1st day i jz slept at the hotel and canno eat anything. even a plant water also i will throw out. 2nd day i went to clinic and doctor said it is Food poisoning!!! after injection, i keep vomit and Nosedive. the hotel room are dirty. water for bath also colour in yellow. air-cond are not function well... felt hot at the early time.. and also i lost my camera in this hotel. when i ask for help. the DIRECTOR OF OPERATION OFFICER not giving any help with the un-friendly respond and showing me the bad face. i hate this hotel, i hate bangkok!!! i wont visit to bangkok city anymore!!!!!!!

it was really, really terrible! my partner and i had made a reservation for two nights in advance, and that was for a DOUBLE room, perfectly confirmed on the side of the hotel. the check-in time is 1400 hrs, but when we arrived in at 1430, they told us that we had to wait for some 15-20 min for the cleaning and stuff. though we had paid for the hotel rates beforehand, they asked us to leave a 1000 thai bhats as a deposit, this was ok. but after some 25 min waiting, nothing happened. then, when we asked for the room, they said u have to pay another 1000 for the second night, or $100 before we give u the key. so did we, but when we reached the room, that was a TWEEN. we went back to the lobby, talked to a woman who was in charge, but she returned to us sooooo rudely, saying they did not have any doubles available (though they had confirmed our reservation earlier). then we asked for the managr, and he repeated the same words, and when we insisted, he asked us to wait for another 30 min, and then they gave us the room (a real waste of time!). the room was so dirty, hair from the preveious passengers all around the room and the bathroom. bath tub was not clean, and the taps did not work properly. that was a boo for a so-called 4-star!!!

Having read the very negative reviews of this hotel I thought I should add my views just for some balance. We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights as part of a twin centre holiday. We got a free room upgrade for booking early and our room was great. It was clean and comfortable and most importantly very quiet. Both of the restaurants in the hotel served good Thai food that was obviously dearer than eating out, but still very good value. The initial checking in was a bit of a palava, but the rep looked after us well and after that we thoroughly enjoyed our time in the hotel. I'm sure there are far better hotels in the city, but we were there for sight seeing so weren't really at the hotel for very long. The bottom line is that it served our purposes brilliantly and if we go back to Bangkok i wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. I have seen that some people say that it is smelly and run down. From my experience the whole of Bangkok is polluted and smelly and horribly humid - but that's Bangkok. The buildings from the outside is very run down - but so is everything else. The street outside isn't particularly picturesque, but then neither are any of the others in Bangkok. It is not a beautiful city, until you get into the temples etc. I know that everyone will have a different experience with hotels, but we really liked this one and it served our purpose as sightseers perfectly.
