I stayed in this hotel for one night and my experience is average for a 3*** hotel. Reason I`ve choose this hotel is excellent position for concert hall / venue "Estragon / Palanord ". The venue is just 700-800m far from hotel. So if you ever need to go in Bologna for some music concerts or anything that perform in this venues this is best choice for you.
The rooms are nice and clean, beds are clean but little bit too small. Thing I like the most is the bathroom, which is new, clean and freshly renovated . Minus is that some parts of the hotel is still renovating so there is some noise, but sound isolation windows doing their job fine. I like LCD TV, and air-cond. too. Service is good and helpful, they speak english well. Nice thing is free private parking and garage for 6euro per room. What I didn`t like are dirty and filthy halls and reception lobby and especially dirty and smelly carpet in the elevator. Pretty nasty thing and smell in the elevator.
Also hotel is in the red lights district, so there is prostitution in front of the hotel doors. There is no interesting facility and restaurants near by because the hotel is located totally out of city center. There is Burger King across the road open for 0-24h. Complete menu is app. 6 euro.

This hotel was reasonably priced (Eu 45) per night for a double room. The rooms were very clean and comfortable but our stay was ruined by the hotel's proximity to one of Bologna's busiest red light areas. There was a line of prostitutes working on the busy main road outside the hotel and I wouldn't recommend this hotel for families or single female travellers. We got taxis back to the hotel each evening because my girlfriend felt unsafe.

Unbelievable price. Convenient location to freeways and 5 minute ride into city center. Clean, neat room. We stayed one night and it suited our purposes perfectly.

A friend and I stayed at Fiera for 2 nights in July. The man at the front desk could not have been LESS helpful and resented questions like 'which bus do we need to take to get to the city centre?' and 'which side of the road do we need to stand on to get the right bus?' The distance from the city centre would not have been such a problem if we had any idea how to use public transport but it ended up being very frustrating. Breakfast was abysmal and appeared to be left over cake and dessert from the previous night's dinner. There was little else other than processed cheese and ham and small dry bread rolls. There was a coffee machine which we had to queue to use and the juice and water jugs were not re-filled. We didn't even bother going down for breakfast on the second morning. The room itself was fine and clean and the bed comfortable so for that reason I give it 2 stars rather than 1. I would not recommend this hotel.
