The location is very cool!
Up to the hill...you can see all the valley around....it seems like a dream!
Unfortunatly the staff at the reception was a littel bit indifferend and very busy with the boss.
The new immacolat Spa is beautiful with a particular jacuzzi, steem bath, sauna..... but a little bit expensive 35 euros for the entrance just for 1h 30m and 10 euros for bathrobe and other things. The incredible think was a special club card (other 10 euros p/p) that noboby told us, no mention in the price list ... and for what?!
Wanderful place, wanderful moment and wanderful food..... but something to review!

We selected this hotel per the review on Trip Advisor, and were pleasantly surprised. We stayed in the Lampone room, which had a fridge and good view of the countryside. The eating area was very pretty, with an upscale restaurant. During our stay, a breakfast buffet was not available; however, we asked for items we wanted to eat/drink, and it was fine. The grounds are beautiful, and the hotel has an outdoor pool with again, great views of the hillside. A great place for an outdoor wedding!

I was nervous to stay here as there were no other reviews but as a long weekend was approaching and all other hotels were full I decided to risk it. It was fantastic! Sitting in manicured lawns, atop a hill overlooking vines and woods, it catches the refreshing breezes. The rooms were furnished in country style and the bathrooms were modern and gleaming. Air con and a nice big bar fridge where we stored the amazing local pecorino cheeses that we purchased in town. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The restaurant is fantastic with piatti storici - typical tuscan dishes I'd never tried before and a great wine list. Rose bushes frame the infinity pool and lunch is served there in summer, aperitivi are served on the terrace watching the sunset. 5 mins drive to the walled town of Monte San Savino with the fantastic restaurant La Pecora Nera. 20 mins drive took us to the lovely towns of Montepulciano and Pienza and of course the favourites Arezzo, Siena, Assisi and Perugia are all close by. But we were happy sitting in the garden and enjoying the tranquility, although the hotel was full we felt like it was our own private home!
