Knowledgeable and efficient staff, and excellent food!!!

Beautifully designed and good standard accommodation with unbeatable setting near to the domestic airport, that also at 06-45 hours in the morning when others are having breakfast with families and Mumbai.

We recently stayed at The Emerald and were impressed by the warm and friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The location is perfect, with easy access to nearby shops and the beautiful beach. The rooms are clean and well-appointed, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel also offers a delicious breakfast spread, giving us a great start to our day. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend The Emerald to others.

Well-maintained and reasonably large rooms provided with a sofa and attached kitchen plus bath tub. Magnificent location very close to airport, easy to get anywhere.

The breakfast was very tasty. The hotel also has a great vegetarian Indian restaurant. But all employees were super kind and caring.

Only one employee who brought our luggage to the room was a bit pushy.

Magnificent and beautiful location to a sprawling suburban beach. The well-appointed and well-maintained room & luxurious bathroom. Early check in and late check out.

The hotel's location is conveniently near the beach with good restaurant options nearby. The rooms are clean and tidy and the service is helpful and friendly. The hotel provides an airport transfer which is very helpful for travelers needing it.

The breakfast selection could be improved to better satisfy customers.

The location is very central to Juhu, Bandra, Linking road etc. Designer stores are located at easy walkable distance. The domestic airport is only 15-20 mins away from the hotel. It is very easy to find local taxis and rikshaws. Beware that the hotel taxis are very expensive and an absolute rip off. Just try getting the local taxi and ask them to run the meter. The hotel staff are very courteous. The morning breakfast has a good variety of indian and continental dishes.

The cleanliness of the room and the hotel overall, needs a lot of improvement. The sheets and the bed was not very neat, had stains and had little ants running on it. Corridors of the hotel had foul smell emitting. The restaurant however is neat and tidy and the food is good as well.

We stayed in their Studio Room(#512) that had a small kitchen, from 14th- 17th March. Staff: Everyone was polite, greeted us often, spoke fluent English and came across as very well trained in the nuances of Customer Service. There was a hotel representative who politely asked us if our everything is fine with our stay. Well done to the management! Room: Was clean and well maintained. Not as large as it seems in the photos though. Location: Easy to reach from the Airport using the Airport Pre-Paid taxi service. About 25 mins driving distance. Is about 3 mins walking distance from the thronging Juhu Beach. Breakfast Buffet : Delicious choices with fresh fruits, delicious Indian and Western breakfast items. Fitness Room: Small-sized room with some free weights, small multi-exercise gym machine and a couple of treadmills. A welcome addition! Kitchen: We used the microwave to heat some food and it worked without an issue.

Internet: We had to buy on a 3 hourly basis and the speed was not as good. As is the standard across the world, complimentary internet is highly expected by guests and should be included in a hotel package. More so because India is now considered the it capital of the world by many! Airport Transfer: The price quoted by the hotel was quite exorbitant when compared to the Airport pre-paid taxi service. If not complimentary, this can be a minimally charged service. Toilet Door: This would force-shut itself with a short bang. This meant that the bathroom floor didn't dry quickly enough and the bathroom smelt a bit 'stuffy' Noise: The main door is not noise-proof. People talking or walking outside can keep you awake if you're a light sleeper like me. Also, occasionally you can hear the noise of airplanes flying.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the service was top-notch. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. The hotel even offered car hire and dry cleaning services, making my trip even more convenient. I also enjoyed the delicious food at the dining restaurant and the cozy atmosphere of the bar/lounge area. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that exceeded my expectations.
