La nostra avventura all'hotel serenellaFINITA MALE. Inizio' trovando il nominativo in un sito internet , verificato la disponibilita' per il periodo del nostro soggiorno abbiamo telefonato all'hotel per chiedere conferma e per sapere come potevamo prenotare.La risposta fu' o online o con vaglia postale.Decidemmo per il secondo e il giorno dopo lo effettuammo.Arrivato il giorno della partenza, premetto che noi siamo di Perugia e Baveno é a 400km abbiamo fatto il viaggio serenamente fino all'arrivo.Sorpresa entrati nella reception ci sentiamo dire che l'hotel era pieno e che la nostra prenotazione non risultava.VERGOGNA!!!!VERGOGNA!!!

We stayed there on our first night on Italy. The woman at the desk gave us a key to our room on the third floor and explained certain rules. The service was a bit chill as if we are not that welcome... We had to climb the stairs to our rooms with the bags because there is no elevator. On the good side, we had a nice and clean room with a balcony (view of the town and some part of the lake). Dinner on the hotel's restaurant was very good. On the morning they made us a small breakfast and excellent cappucino's (the regular coffee machine was out of service). To sum it up, serenella gives a good value for the money, but if you need an elevator, or a nice staff look elsewhere.
