Nice place to stay if you are needing to be close to the train station. My boyfriend and I only stayed for one night and arrived by train. We needed each to be at two different airports early the next morning so opted to stay close to the station so we could take the buses to the airports from the station. You literally walk across the street and square from the station towards the McDonalds and down the street to the right just a short distance. The hotel rooms were actually nicer than expected at the price paid. Our room had very warm tones, a decently comfortable bed, and a very spacious bathroom. We also had a terrace. The breakfast was rather basic but sufficient. The area is not the nicest, but did not really feel unsafe. I feel this place is a three star hotel with a more than average experience.

What do you want from your vacations? Relax, not many concerns and most of the issues running smoothly. Here is the place for all the above. The hotel gives all that is supposed to. You ask for 3 stars, you get 3 stars (in our case I believe 3,5 stars). The front desk is very nice, very helpful, informing and with a nice and true smile.
The staff is willing to help you if you have the need. The breakfast was fresh every day (and delicious too), with adequate choice of food. The room was clean (every day) and the sheets were changed every day.
Its position is excellent. It is 40-50 meters from the subway (2 lines are passing from there). It is 300-400 meters from the central railway station (it is also the terminal and the first stop from and to the airports).
In 2 words: I would come back.

I arrived earlier than I was supposed, but the hotel was very accomodating in getting my room organised much earlier than it was supposed to be.
The staff speak English really well, which is a relief in a non-English speaking country. Generally the staff were very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help. I did feel though that the one staff member was starting to get a little irritated with me due to my many questions! :)
I must admit, the hotel's lobby is beautiful and the dining area is also really nice.
My room, however, left much to be desired! I got a single room and it was absolutely tiny! The bed was small and the pillows were very hard (the staff were very accomodating though in trying to find me softer ones). The space around the bed was very small too and the cupboard space was virtually nonexistent. The TV was also tiny and only had Italian channels, which isn't ideal when one speaks only limited Italian. The shower was also tiny - I could barely turn around in it!
The breakfasts on the other hand, were excellent! There was a great selection of cereals, yoghurts, cakes, muffins, pastries, fruit juices, boiled eggs and coffees. I would have loved some fresh fruit, but I guess a girl can't have it all... :)
The staff were also very accomodating about looking after my luggage after I'd checked out, but before I left Milan.
The hotel is also in excellent proximity to the central station - literally a 5 min walk and the area felt very safe to me (and I'm a girl who was traveling on her own) even at night.
So, would I stay there again? Yes, but I would get a bigger room and take my own pillows! :)

I checked out a few hotels before i stayed here...it was my first visit to Milan and I was travelling alone. I decided not to book a hotel before I left and just took a few names of ones I had looked at on the internet.
This hotel was really good...close to the central station, the room was really adequate...all the essentials and the staff were really lovely...and I'm sure, best of all, it was cheap! Only 60 Euros a night and it included breakfast.
I have absolutely no complaints...the breakfast wasnt the spread you would get in the Hilton, but it was croissants, cheeses, cereals, coffee etc...more than enough. The location was ideal to get to anywhere you needed...as a girl, the shopping was close....the Duomo was 3 stops on the tube (which was 2 euros return...damn London is too expensive!!) Was really pleasantly suprised and would recommend this to anyone!
