The original structure of the building dates back to the 5th Century. Throughout the centuries, the residence has been widened with the construction of the tower and church in the 6th and 7th Century respectively. Today the Hotel maintains the name of the last family who owned it.
Historically it was the lodgings of the Authority of Foligno and since has accommodated important clerical figures, as witnessed by many rooms in the tower. The reconstruction work has been carried out meticulously, fully maintaining the original architecture, which has in turn preserved the nostalgia and reminiscence of the feelings of this fascinating historical residence.
