I can't stand LED's staring down at you while you sleep. Ok, maybe it's a personal problem but I had to cover 4 things. (They're so darn bright!)
No It's fine. The people are very nice. It's a bit close to the autobahn so don't get a highway-facing room.
Food is nice. Don't miss the buffet.

Our family of four shared a spacious room at this hotel whilst touring the area. The room was modern and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We wanted to travel to Rome on the train and the receptionist spent about 20 minutes finding various times. A minibus took us to and from the station.
The hotel is near main roads making it an ideal base for visiting other cites.
After eating the enourmous breakfast we did not need to buy lunch.
The pool was clean and refreshing.
The air conditioning was very quiet although we prefered to open the windows.

The hotel is exactly as pictured in reference to the interior and rooms, which is a nice change of pace considering that's not usually what you see when you arrive. One bad thing, is there is no internet access in the rooms, just the rooms on the first floor we were told and one computer with free usage in a closet in the lobby that is always occupied by guests, so good luck getting on it. The shuttle van can take you to the train station for free or pick you up, if you can access a phone and call them when you arrive. It was a little tricky getting to the hotel on foot. We arrived at the Ponte San Giovanni train station and didn't know which way to go after that. We were lead by a nice old Italian man who walked with us almost all the way there. For those arriving to P.San Giovanni station, it's about a 15 minute walk. Cross the street from the main entrance of the station and head down a group of stairs you'll find in front of you. Go through the parking lot and head for the perpindicular street straight ahead (Via Pietro Cestillini), walk up that street until you reach a freeway overpass, go through the freeway pedestrian tunnel (pretty filthy, but was relatively safe) and the hotel will be on your left immediately. Other than that, it was pretty nice. The breakfast buffet was good, lots of fruit, yogurts, pastries, coffees, and juices. The room was very clean and roomy, nice bathroom amenities. One note, the air conditioning unit in the room turns off immediately upon opening of any window, so if you want it cool in the room, do not open the windows. This was not told to us, we just figured it out the hard way (sweaty evening). The pool was fantastic for the experienced swimmer, except DO NOT do butterfly strokes, as your hands will hit the pillars and the sides of the pool. Again, found this out the hard way as husband almost broke his hand hitting them while swimming past. The work out room was great, could have been cooled down a bit more as it gets very hot after a work out. There is a nice sauna as well. There is no place to eat dinner close by aside from the hotel restaurant. There is a COOP grocery store closer to the train station where you can get deli items and sodas to take back to your small room fridge. The only restaurant we found was recommened by the front desk near the train station called the Malavoglia on Via Manzoni. It was a great place to eat, very good variety of foods, and a great price, too. Other than that, we took the local train into central Perugia, (the small train on Track 5 at the train station), about a 15 minute ride. Ask the conductor patrolling the tracks as there are lots of trains taking you places near and far and it is easy to get confused. There you will find lots of places to eat, shop, and sightsee, absolutely beautiful in central Perugia. We had a great time overall. If you are travelling with children prepare to pay a supplement to your room rate.
