We had a difficult time finding a hotel in Milan at a reasonable price because of major exhibitions going on the day we arrived. The Corallo was the best deal we could find, but was still expensive. I'd stay somewhere else if I was ever back in Milan unless it is a major exhibition week when all the hotels jack up their rates. Room was comfortable and very clean, however, you could hear everything going on. Two people had an extended conversation that sounded like it was going on at the foot of the bed very late at night. Breakfast was average and desk staff were polite and spoke decent English. We took a cab from the Cadorna station after coming into town on the Malpensa Express train which took about 15 minutes and was 12-15 Euros. The tram near the hotel is very easy to use and takes you right downtown to the Duomo. Note that despite other posts the tram is not free. You can buy tickets for 1 euro a trip about a block from the hotel. Chances of being caught without a ticket are low, but I didn't mind paying for my trip.

Hotel Corallo is very nice! Easy to find. Rooms are not very big but clean and nice! Breakfast was good, people are friendly. It's very easy to go in the center town, there is a tramway at just 30secondes from the hotel and it takes 5-10minutes to go in the center. There is some shops and restaurants near the hotel... We were very happy...

Hotel Corallo is very nice, we stayed for 2nights.we took the tram everywhere for free to jump on board. The hotel breakfast is reasonable or you can nip out to the local resturants etc. The one thing thats a let down with this hotel is there was NO IRON at all due to a health and safety and this is many hotels in area .So there is a laundrette nearby, which is not open on sundays i dont think. But stay here its nice.The rooms are nice size and the bathroom .
