Really impressed by the Vittorio, from the warm reception we received when we arrived, to the willingness of the staff to make sure we has all we needed, our room - we were given a suite, the position of the Hotel to the beach - just 50 metres away and the food .. first class. Thoroughly recommend. My only criticism is that the Hotel doesn't advertise enough the excellent product and facilities that they have got! Can't wait to return to the Hotel and to Pesaro, a town both my wife and I found very friendly and interesting. The shopping, the restaurants and the beach are all good and within easy walking distance of the Hotel.

Just back from a week in the Vittoria. This must be one of the top choices for staying in Pesaro, in a very good location almost on the sea front. The hotel is in a charming turn-of-the-century building only ten minutes slow walk from the town's historic centre (although there is not as much to see in Pesaro's centro storico as there might be in some of the other towns of Italy, but it still has a good deal of charm and the shopping is fine).
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room on the third floor had a good enough view over the sea, only partly blocked by the Metropol in front, but the room was quite luxurious - certainly for those like us who tend to stay at 3 star hotels - with good furnishings, a very comfortable bed and a marvellous bathroom with a jacuzzi bath and shower. The pool outside is not big, perhaps 10m max, but fine for some relaxing end to end stuff. There is a pleasant terrace around the pool and a spacious lounge. The hotel is situated on an attractive grass area, much loved by visitors and locals strollng along the sea front.
Breakfast is fine, although perhaps a little expensive as an extra, but with plenty of choice, and the staff will rustle up fresh scrambled eggs for you without hesitation. Although there are plenty of places to eat in Pesaro - a few interesting old osterie, and most of the larger hotels have restaurants - we ate at the Vittoria one night (there's a special rate for guests) and found the meal very good indeed.
Parking is on street, but on very quiet lanes around the hotel.
Of course, not havng stayed anywhere else in Pesaro it isn't possible to compare, but my guess is that you won't find better than the Vittoria in the town, and it is the only hotel we saw which seemed to have any character. Highly recommended.

Hotel meraviglioso e staff fantastico!
