We were five people and spent two days here. We took the "apartment suite" with one double and one triple room. From the arrival to the departure, we felt very welcome. The friendly and helpful staff is the biggest plus of the hotel - from the receptionist to the chamber maid. Second reason why to decide to stay here is the breakfast that is included in the price of the stay. Compared to other Italian hotels of this standard, it was really good: you will get a nice espresso (or other typical breakfast drinks) and then there is something for everyone on the buffett table: muesli, corn flakes, orange and grapefruit juice, yoghurt, milk, butter, cheese, home-made sweet pastry and more. For a little extra, you can hire a parking place in the backyard, though it might be full in high season. The travel to Venice can be tiring, because of overcrowded busses, but they come often and the trip doesn't take long - about 20 minutes. And when you're back in Mestre, there is a nice bar with tasty Belgian beer open till small hours right opposite the hotel.

Very agreeable hotel and staff. Good breakfast. Bus to Venice can take 30 min and crowded. Got lost on the way back!. However Mestre centre ( only 10 minutes walk) is well worth an evening visit.

we stay at this hotel from 4th to 11th april 2007 with our 2 daughter aged 14yrs and 16 years. We book the apartment on the top floor with was bright and clean. The hotel was excellent with the staff always being nice, friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was good with something for everyones taste and plenty of it. Our towels were changed daily and the bed linen at least twice during our 7 night stay. The bus goes to Venice from ourside the hotel every 10 minutes during the day, but chech the returning times after 20.00 so you won't have to wait half hour at the terminus in Venice. The only down side was that we had to change buses from the airport but we only had to wait 10 minutes so it was'nt a big problem. We were ok on the way back as we got the bus at a different stop. We would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Mestre the centre of which is only a short distance away and nice to walk around of an evening. The bells are not a great problem and are all part of the experience.

We had a wonderful time in Venice. The hotel is about 15 min. away from Venice by bus and train, 45 min from the Treviso Airport by bus. It is a good hotel if you dont want to stay right in Venice. Breakfast was good. It only cost a couple of Euros to get to Venice. The staff spoke English very well and was extremely helpful. The rooms were good but the bathroom shower is very small. Outside of that, we had a great time there. I would recommend this hotel to travelers visiting Venice.
