Hotel is right off the highway. Pool was cold and the hot tub was small, but everything else was great. The rooms are of a good size. Internet is free in the rooms. No exercise facility. Staff are polite. The onsite restaurant has a wonderful buffet. Lots of restaurants located nearby. A great stay overall.

We stayed there when we are coming back to US from visiting Quebec City. We had really nice experience at this hotel. The price was reasonable- $50 before tax, through priceline. It has a swimming pool, which we enjoyed very much. The personel was very helpful. I definitely recommend this place.

My husband and I were coming to the end of our honeymoon. After a very stressful drive through both Ottawa and Montreal, we decided to stop to calm our nerves. Since we had not stayed at a hotel with a pool yet, we were really hoping to find one. As luck would have it, the first hotel we see from the highway is this Best Western and it had a pool. After spending a day of trying to work your way around large cities, we were so thankful to find one that was so convenient to the highway. The girl at the check-in counter was extremely friendly and the price was right. We were given a room that overlooked the pool. There wasn't anything really special about the room and the coffeemaker did not work. However, the bed was comfortable and we had the pool and hot tub to ourselves. The town of Drummondville was very quaint and we did not have to go too far for fast food and Walmart. It was nice to be in a place where everything was all on one street. After a relaxing night, we did not have to try to figure out how to get to the highway...it's right there. Best Western provided us with an excellent stay at the end of our vacation. Thank you.

We spent one night here in mid-September. This hotel is OK but nothing special. It appears to be a place designed for conferences. wedding receptions, etc., but nothing was going on when we were there and very few rooms were occupied. Our room was large and clean, but the bathroom was very small. The staff was friendly, helpful and bilingual. But we felt the rate we paid was high for the overall quality, even after getting an auto club discount. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant, La Verriere, and it was excellent, with large portions, reasonably priced, and excellent service. For anyone wanting a simpler meal, there are several other restaurants within a block of the hotel. While there is nothing basically bad about the hotel, we personally would probably try one of the newer hotels on another visit.
