I chose this hotel from the Hampton e-directory downloaded to my laptop based on our route from Montreal to Maine, and then on to Ohio. It was one of the closest on our route.
The room and bathroom were clean, but the bathroom was pretty small. Really no room between when door is open and toilet.
Not the best tv and certainly not as many channels as other Hampton Inns we've stayed at.
The one problem I really had was the old, noisy air conditioner. It was impossible to control at the machine, ie fan and heat settings. The machine just kept running. I need air conditioning and air circulation, but this was ridiculous. Terrible night's sleep. Although the bed and pillows were comfortable. I just should've turned the a/c off via the wall thermostat. The room a/c needs to be updated.
Breakfast was okay.

The hotel looked okay on the outside, but the room was not well maintained. The window did not lock. the heat did not work, and when I picked up the phone to call the front desk about the heat the phone did not work. The bathroom walls and floor was dirty also different types of hair and soap scum in tub. After I made reservations I drove150 miles to get to this place and it was truly a disappointment. We work all over the country and my hubby and I never stayed at any other hotel or hojo this bad.

Stayed here one night over Labor Day weekend of this year. The location is downtown however not in a great are of town. There is no close food options that I felt safe walking too.
The hotel itself was average. An older property that is well maintained but lacking the traditional Cloud 9 bed. The staff was pleasant. There was nothing on the property that stood out as above average or exceptional. The rooms and property over all was well kept and even thought they did not advertise it - there are limited fitness facilities located on the property. Also available are passes to a local gym with more extensive facilities

My boyfriend and I broke down in Worcester late at night and this is 1 of the 2 hotels in the area. I explained to the guy at the desk what happened (at 2:00am) and he still decided to charge us the regular rate of $140 plus tax=$157.00. We had no choice. I was not happy to say the least. He did give us all the extra toiletries we need though-that was nice. Now on to the room. We had a king bed which was pretty comfortable with a nice comforter. The ac worked fine and there was a fridge in the room. The bathroom was on the small side. The free breakfast was actually very good with lots of choices. I would consider staying here again if I was in the area AND if I would get a good deal. This hotel is definitely not worth what we paid.

It's been a while since we stayed here (early 2004) but the memory will be with us forever. The room was filthy, especially the bathroom. We immediately went in search of a grocery store to buy Lysol so that we could actually use the bathroom, since we were stuck here for the night before an important meeting at UMass. Medical Center.
The carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned since the Nixon administration and we did not remove our shoes except to sleep and shower.
When looking through the drawers to unpack, we were shocked to find a broken lightbulb and used latex gloves.
Would never in a million years stay here again. We keep checking the Hilton properties website with the hope that this Hampton Inn location gets dropped from the Hilton family.
