My employer arranged these accommodations as part of a business trip. The accommodations were clean, nicely maintained and the staff were friendly. The iron in my room did not work. I contacted the desk and they gave me a new iron immediately. The continental breakfast was ok. The hot items were generally something you could get at the local convenience store in the microwave section. What more could you ask for in a free breakfast. The cookies and milk after 5 pm in the lobby were great.

Among Hamptons, which are generally reliable, this is a gem. Huge lobby with ample computers, roomy breakfast area, indoor pool, little grocery store with snacks, attentive receptionist, huge suite with lots of room for my family of 5. Worth the drive through downtown. Nice Mexican restaurant next door that's open late.

Dutcheve again,
My son always wanted to go to roswell,nm and as it was along our roadtrip so we went there...stayed here for 1 night and it was very good....nice rooms great breakfast great staff.room have very high sealings so they look and feel enormous.
The beds are very good and the place was immaculate ..free cookies in the evening and hot drinks all day..Make sure your car is empty for the night because one was broken open...Walmart nearby with special alien department for a great gift..the museum was a bit of a downer but you have to visit ...if you go for the legend...Roswell was one of the nicest cities on our trip lots off nice shops and friendly people.
thnx Hampton for a nice stay ...hope to be back some day.

We drove to Roswell after visiting Carlsbad Caverns because there were no decent hotels in Carlsbad and there was a Hampton Inn here. The property was new and upgraded with things like a large automatic door in the lobby, spacious eating arrea with great breakfast choices, and high ceilings in the rooms. Very comfortable beds. Everything was new and nice...but...I have to be honest about this...I killed 3 little black bugs in the bathroom before I went to sleep that night. I did not see any in the room, but when we went to the pool the next morning I saw the same little buggers here and there. Maybe it was because we were on the ground floor near the pool--did not recognize the type--husband said they were New Mexico bugs. This did detract a little from my stay, but did not bother anybody else. Roswell was a nice surprise and the HInn was very nice too....wished we had more time to stay really.
