Good basic accommodation at an exceptional price. Our room was modern, clean and the queen beds quite comfortable. Check-in was fast and we had no problems connecting up to the free wireless internet.
The free continental breakfast offered the standard fare found at this level of hotel pricing. They had the usual beverages, muffins, toast, bagels, dry cereals, etc., nothing to write home about.

This is best Hampton Inn quality. We had a king room on 4th floor (though on my reservation I had asked for 2 queens, but when checking in I did not have the paper with me, so I was not sure about it first and got a king instead of a 2queen). But I don’t mind the king bed, it’s comfortable and spacious enough for the 2 of us, with nice sheets, covers and pillows.
Check-in took some time as several guests arrived the same minute. But when it was my turn it was quick. For the first time in many years I was asked to show my AAA-card to get the AAA-rate.
Elevators are noisy but far away from our room. Ice-and vendingmachines are in a separate room besides the elevators. Interior corridors are well maintained, clean carpets. Very spacious area to sit and relax beside the lobby with big TV, and some more sofas inside the lobby with another TV. Breakfast bar is long. Cookies are served in the afternoon as well as fruit.
Room was spacious with a chair-ottoman and a spacious working desk. Chair at working desk though is not high enough for comfortable sitting and working. There is TV in the room with about 50 channels. No fridge or microwave here. Nice lamps in room. Bathroom with sink and granite counter, tub and toilet is an extra room. Nice toiletries and towels are fluffy. It’s good Hampton Inn quality you really can rely on. Clean and comfortable and spacious – but ask for a room on the upper floors and away from the elevator.

We came down to Great Falls for the Family Day long weekend to do some shopping and prior to going down, I checked the reviews on Great Falls hotels and elected to go with the Hampton Inn. We were not disappointed.
The room was very nice and very modern. We had a king size study, and looked exactly like the picture on the website.
There is a pool and jacuzzi which we used. The pool was very warm, just perfect. There is also an exercise room with treadmills and elliptical which we didn't use.
There is a very complete and full breakfast, including hot items (eggs and sausage and biscuit) plus yogurt, fruit, danishes, cereal, and coffee and juice available all day long. This was a really nice feature to have.
There is some shopping right across the street (Pier One, Famous Shoes, Old Navy, Michaels) as well as Chili's, Tony Romas, Taco del Mar.
The only negative thing I'd say is that just as the other reviews state, the walls are quite thin, we could hear our neighbour's TV. However that was pretty much it and wasn't a big deal. Perhaps if the hotel was super busy it might be an issue.
We paid $98 USD per night, a little pricey I would say, however considering it included a great breakfast, that makes up for the extra cost.
I would definitely stay here again!

- Room was spartan, but clean. It was nice to have a mini fridge in the room and access to a guest laundry
- Walls are paper thin. Bad hotel for anyone who is a light sleeper!
- Beds were comfortable, housekeeping was good
- Front desk service people were helpful and courteous
- Breakfast was very good
- Free internet in the business center was a nice perk
- Towels were not soft at all! Bring your own if you value comfort
- Location is good, across the street from a shopping area

The staff was friendly at check in. The room was adequate at best. When we arrived the lobby was packed with little kids and very noisy. The hotel was completely packed and with paper thin wall that never a good thing. The people right above us must have been throwing a party. Because they where very loud and up to all hours of the night. When we asked to move the next day they had no rooms available. So we decided we would check out that day. We asked to talk to the manager for a discount and she was rude and very unaccommodating. She almost acted like it was our fault. And seemed to care less if we ever stay there again. The problems where not the staff(other than the inconsiderate manager) or the room. But more poor management. Never stay the again!!! I think I go just down the street to the Holiday Inn Express.
