Awful front desk with no clue

Ok, where should I start. Well first I will say the rooms were clean. And this is actually the only good thing I can say about this place. I had a wedding in High Point and my guests stayed here. One guest from Roanoke, VA was charged for two night stay when actually only one night and this couldn't be rectified until Monday when the manager came back. Another guests address was shown for someone with the same name who lived in Washington state when actually he lived in Virginia. Another couple was promised a room for Saturday but when they showed up they didn't have any records of this. We were suppose to have a shuttle taking my guests to and from the wedding site, but when I contacted the front desk the day of the wedding they once again had no clue so all my guest had to drive to and from after we were promised this service. Me being the groom got my credit card statement and they gave me a someone elses bill with the same last name, showing me his credit card information and home address. Overall it was simply terrible. I will never stay at another Hampton Inn again. Front desk is CLUELESS !!!

Stayed for a couple days and had a pleasant experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good although the nearby Shoney's got a lot of business from other guests but I failed to see the logic of that.
They have a manager's reception each evening (drinks and snacks). I never made it, but heard others complimenting staff on it.
Overall a good stay at a good hotel.

I arrived as i usually do at this hotel and checked-in without a problem.
I usually stay in one of their king rooms with the whirlpool baths(great room).
Their breakfast in the morning is a great meal and at a great value since it is included with the price of the room.
This is a great hotel if you have to fly out of Greensboro or if you are just doing business/or pleasure.

There are a few different hotels in this general area located just outside of the airport in Greensboro. As a frequent traveler to this area, I've stayed in all of them and thery're all priced about the same.
This hotel to me is just better overall.
Typical Hampton Inn quality. The rooms and dining area are spotless, The people who work here seem to be some of the nicest people you can find and are extremely helpful. (I felt this way about the people who worked in the other hotels too).
For the price I feel that you can't go wrong staying here.
