This hotel was very clean in a very good location. We stayed at this property for a wedding. The staff was very helpful with directions etc. If I need to go to Greenwood again, I will definitely stay here.

I stayed at the Hampton on a house buying trip and was pleased about nearly all aspects of the hotel, except the mattresses. While many chains are upgrading their beds to a softer level, this Hampton has retained their hard mattresses.
The breakfast buffet was good, the evening cookies are good(many Hamptons skip this treat) and the staff is always helpful. The hotel was very busy all week with business travelers. The hot water system was upgraded just before I got there, so the water pressure issue mentioned by another reviewer has been resolved.
All in all, I recommend the Greenwood Hampton.

Good price and location; close to major spots in Greenwood. Room was clean and well kept. Free high speed internet; but port was located in the middle of two beds so bring a long cord to work at desk. A business center with only one computer that was continually occupied by young girl (appeared to be related to desk clerk). Fresh baked cookies at night. Breakfast buffet while adequate is not as advertised on TV. Finally, hot water pressure is lacking. I and several colleagues (who were in other rooms) commented about low hot water pressure when trying to shower.
