This was a nice hotel, but nothing spectacular. I thought the price was a bit much considering the room and breakfast was about the same as a Comfort Inn, or Holiday Inn. Everything was nice and clean but I feel that should be expected even for the cheap motels (sadly that's not usually the case). I would stay here again if in the area.

This room was very clean. The furniture was beautiful. We loved the bed, although a little soft. The staff was great. Breakfast was not so good.The sausage was very greasy and the eggs were cooked with cheese,they were rubbery. We won't eat the breakfast , if we stay here again.The wireless internet did not work at all. We had to go to the lobby to use the hotel computer.We would stay here again, but don't expect the internet to work in your room. The manager was wonderful, had a great personality, she came and talked to us during breakfast.

I am biased as I really like Hampton Inns anyway and am very rarely disappointed by this chain. As usual the room was great and clean and I felt safe here. Of course, the breakfast was great. Internet connection on the ground floor wasn't too crash hot but I'm not complaining.

Out of all the hotels and one bed and breakfast we stayed at during our 3 week vacation, this was by far the best. The bed was the most comfortable with plush mattress, new bedding, plenty of soft pillows and plenty of walkway around King bed. Bathroom was large and clean. I have allergic reaction to chemicals and this one gave me little problem. Hotel is off the highway, little noise, easy access to Interstate. Very good breakfast. Totally enjoyed our stay. Hampton Inns are always great.

My wife and I stayed at the Hampton Inn in Forrest City for one night in May. We found this hotel to be a perfect stop for weary travelers. This is a hotel in which EVERYTHING works well. Check in was smooth. The lobby was inviting. The breakfast area was clean and well furnished with good seating and tables. Free cookies were available at check in. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed and a larger fridge and microwave. Everything was clean. We could not find any faults with the room. There was a good shower and the bathroom was large and well-designed. Similar to all the other Hamptons, I suppose, but very well designed. Breakfast included fresh cooked eggs and ham-very tasty. We were particularly impressed with the manager on duty who had to handle 7 check-ins in a row. She took care of the sudden influx with skill, courtesy, and good humor. When a vending machine failed to operate, she immediately helped us out. We were worried about finding a hotel that felt safe in the Memphis area. This hotel was located in a safe looking area. The parking area was close to the main entrance and was extremely well lit. We felt very safe leaving our car there. This hotel was well worth the extra few dollars and was the best looking facility at this exit. We will certainly stay again.
