I stayed here for two days. I had a smoking room on the second floor. I was immediately impressed when I could not smell smoke in the hallway or in the room when I entered. Whatever they use to clean/freshen the room works wonderfully. Even after I had been smoking in it, and came back after it was make up later the same day, you could not smell smoke.
The room was very, very clean and the bed was to die for! Great Cloud Nine bedding. The room was a good size, with a King bed, two night stands, reclinder, desk and chair, armoir and a 25 to 27" tv. There was plenty of good quality lighting (which is usually rare in a hotel room). They even had the flavored liquid coffee creamers set up in the room with your coffee packs (I hate the powder stuff, and usually bring some from the lobby up to my room anyway).
I did not partake of breakfast - just coffee, but it looked very nice and the woman overseeing it greeted me with a very cheery "Good morning, how are you".
Just down the street there is a Walmart as well as a Fatz Cafe, which was very, very good. There is a Comfort Inn and a Holiday Inn Express right next door. The area was fine, I came in late at night and felt perfectly safe. Good lighting in the parking lot. The hotel is right off I-81 and easy to get to.
I'll definately stay here again, should I need a hotel in this are in the future!

We stayed at the Hampton Inn and Suites in Dublin VA on the way down for a Spring Break stay in TN. The hotel was busy. The employee told me they were almost full due to the Bristol TN car races.
We got in late. The hotel had cookies and apples to eat which my kids loved. We stayed on the third floor at the end of the floor which was great. It was very quiet.
They had the usual Hampton Inn amenities: breakfast, internet services, luggage carts, express check-out. They have an indoor pool which I wished I had known about to wear out the kids even more.
The room was clean and comfortable. The employees and service was great. The room had a microwave, coffee maker, and a fridge.
My son ended up waking up at 1:30 in the morning with a fever of 102 and my husband was able to run to the 24 hour Wal-mart down the street and get meds.
There are places to eat near by although we ate earlier on the road. I found the area around the hotel to be clean. I didn't have any concerns about our car and our stuff. There seemed to be a variety of older people and families staying at this hotel.

The Hampton Inn in Dublin is a great hotel.
I had stayed there in August 2005. When we pulled off the highway, I thought the Dublin area was pretty rough looking. When we went in to check in, the lobby was nice and clean. The desk staff were very nice, they even asked which floor we wanted to stay on! That was a first. We went up to the room, and found nice clean beds and bathroom. We asked for restaurant reccomendations, and they suggested a mexican place up Rt 100 called El Ranchero. It's SO good
When we came this time, the hotel was the same. It was still very clean and with friendly staff.
If staying in the area, try El Ranchero Mexican restaurant if it's still open

I stayed at the Hampton Inn one night for a business trip. When we arrived at 6pm, our rooms were ready, and checkin was very efficient. The room was large, well laid out. He has a kind size bed, a nice desk/chair. A reasonable TV. Good lighting, excellent bed linen. The bathroom was clean ( a big thing for me ). The provided a nice selection of soap and shampoo.
Wired internet access was free in the room, wireless in the lobby. I would have liked wireless in the room, but that is a small issue.
Breakfast was typically for a Hampton Inn, but very good, and fresh. Plenty of room to eat. They even had a large screen to watch TV on.
One other minor flaw, it was the inability to get a bottled water out of the vending machine. I wish other hotels would copy the Marriott Courtyard food area. This is unique and a good way to get some basic food/drink at the hotel.
In general, I've always had good stays at Hampton Inns, and this one did not disappoint.

The Hampton Inn is a welcome respite to a day on the interstate. The rooms are inviting and the beds are very comfortable. The rooms even include a refrigerator to keep your beverages cold and a modest breakfast buffet is available in the morning.
Our family of three stayed here en route during our Thanksgiving trip this year. We spent one night here at both the beginning and end of our trip. During our first stay, we discovered the double bed rooms are furnished with full beds (also known as double beds) rather than queen beds, so for our second stay we requested a room with a king bed and fold-out sofa for our young son. Families should be aware about these options and that the parents may be sharing a bed somewhat smaller than they are used to at home.
That said, the beds were full of plush covers and lots of pillows, and we slept very well!
The hotel provided free internet service in the rooms. There is an indoor pool. One evening we heard some noise from the room next door, but otherwise the hotel was quiet. The breakfast buffet was adequate for our needs, but if you like a lot of choices or a particularly hearty meal in the morning, you might want to plan accordingly.
We got a great AARP rate on the Hampton Inn website and frequent flyer miles as well.
In sum, we would definitely stay here again.
