We stayed here for 3 days and were very impressed with the place. The staff was very friendly and really helpful with directions, local info - everything. My boyfriend's mom was feeling under the weather when she arrived and they gave her a gift basket to cheer her up. The hotel was very clean. My only (small) complaint is that it would have been nice to have an outdoor (as opposed to indoor) pool, but given the location, that's a minor thing. I would definitely stay there again.

Before I switched Docs we would stay here before my appt's because we had a long drive.We love this hotel, its clean,friendly friendly staff and its reliable. Its not perfect...one visit our neighbors had a barking dog & they moved as asap, the windows HOWL on the north side in the winter when the wind is blowing, they play Fox news in the lobby non-stop..YIKEs! Theres no close decent restaurant .BUT...it is a very nice place to stay, they cared more about my comfort than Dr. Cole so guess why I switched Docs? I really like this hotel- Dr Cole...not so much

This is a perfectly fine Hampton Inn that is clean, new and has a couple of extra touches (marble countertops in the bathroom, flat screen television) that make it a cut above. In addition, if you book a king suite with a balcony, you've got a terrific view of Pike's Peak and its surrounding neighbors. Only an average breakfast that had run out of several items, and a quirky A/C (window unit controlled from a wall thermostat) keep this from getting five stars. Reasonably priced and recommended.

We booked this hotel for one night's stay after flying into Denver. The next morning we were on our way to meet our friends in Trinidad, CO. This is a fairly new Hampton Inn and Suites with the new bedding, a really nice bathroom and your typical breakfast which is fine for us. The room and public areas were very cleaned. Everyone at the front desk is well skilled in customer service and we were quite impressed with their willingness to answer questions, suggest restaurants, provide maps, etc. This hotel was so topknotch that we decided to book a one night's stay on our way back to fly out of Denver. They even called us a half hour after we checked in to make sure everything in the room was up to our expectations. It is a good base for touring the Air Force Academy, Garden of the Gods, and getting to the Cog Railway for the ride up to Pike's Peak. For you shoppers, there is an Outlet area not too far away and a high end shopping area really close. Ask the front desk.

Stayed two nights in a king balcony room. The location is a little north of Colorado Springs, but right next to the freeway, so it is very easy to reach (and easy to get around). The hotel looks new and very well maintained. The room was spacious, nicely decorated, quiet and had all the amenities you could think of. The bed was particularly nice. The breakfast was a notch above what was expected, seeing it was included. There were some hot items and it was possible to make some healthy choices. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
