I am a Hilton Honors Diamond member. I stay in Hampton Inn hotels all over the country 43 weeks per year. I had an extended job at nearby Ft Riley and stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks.
The hotel property and service were average at best. I moved to a different hotel when the management could not resolve an incident involving erroneous charges. I decided to stop staying at Hilton Properties instead of pursuing the matter.
I will give further details to anyone wishing to contact me regarding the matter.

I am a Hampton girl and I was sadly disappointed in this location. There were cobwebs in the corners in the room, the TV cabinet was covered in dust, the hallways were drab. Just not something I would have expeced from a Hampton they are usually so clean and bright. The service was everything I expect, friendly and helpful at all times. The breakfast was great and the gal running it was wonderful! This was a very rare personal trip so I had my son along, the pool was excellent, itwas indoors with a great temperature not freezing like a lot of places. The pool area was clean. Curved shower bar in the room, and friendly maids that were happy to leave extra towels so you could shower after swimming. This is a smaller location so no micro/fridge. Also if you are traveling with a child it can be a bit inconvenient there is no access to milk after breakfast and no juice in the vending machinces so I made a few late night trips. I never thought I would say this but this Hampton was not really anything special pretty well fell in with your average blah place to stay. I might stay here again for the great service, but I would shop around first to see what my other options were.

We stayed at this hotel the same weekend a state school competition was held at the college. We had a late check-in and when we arrived the hotel was FULL of kids of all ages!
At first this would cause a red flag in my eyes, however, the staff was calm, courteous and efficient. Our check-in was handled perfectly.
The hotel was beautiful, clean and very inviting. The beds are very comfortable and so are the pillows.
The breakfast was very good also. I do not have one negative comment about this hotel.

I've stayed here many times, usually 2x per year on business and is by far the nicest hotel in Manhattan. I've not encountered any of the minor problems other reviewers have noted ever, and I won't stay anyplace else. Checkout has always been easy and the front desk staff friendly, chatty and helpful. I always get a room on the 3rd (top) floor per my request. The breakfast is great, indoor pool & jacuzzi clean and large, room clean and very comfortable. Just down the street from the mall and downtown, and just a few miles from Kansas State University. Highly recommend.

This hotel was a little hard to find at first but it is very clean and nice. Staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and spacious. Beds and bedding are wonderful. Free internet. Breakfast buffet had hot and cold items and fresh fruit.
Everything was good.
We use our Hampton Inn credit card/Hampton Honors points for free stays and since discovering Hampton Inns, we have pretty much regretted our stays at other hotels.
I would highly recommend this hotel.
