The Best in Kerrville for the Price

We've attended the Kerrville Folk Festival for the past 15 years and have stayed at just about all of the hotels on the east side of town more than once. The Hampton Inn is by far the cleanest.
On the beds is a note stating the pillows and comforter have been specially laundered just for us and, based on their appearance, I believe this to be true.
The price was comparable to the other hotels in the area. We had a two queen bed room, TV (with limited cable), refrigerator and microwave, chair and small table, and continental breakfast for $247 (including tax) for two nights (Sat and Sun).
We will definitely come back to the Hampton Inn for the next KFF.

We stayed at this hotel for one night during our cross-country road trip. Check-in was smooth. The hotel was clean as was the room. The linens were very nice, we enjoyed "the Hampton bed" and really liked the extra note stating that ALL the bedding had been freshly cleaned (especially the sometimes questionable bed cover). The decor was nice, if sparse (there was no desk, but a big blank area that looked as if one should go there). Only problem with the room was a hole under the sink, allowing entrance to one rather large grasshopper. There were also lots of bugs (the big roach-looking ones) outside the property, scurrying from us as we entered.
We didn't get down to the lobby in time for the breakfast, but several items were still out long after 10am (cereal, fruit, even some biscuits and sweet rolls) so we were able to grab some snacks for the road. Overall a good experience. Might have changed my opinion if I had been the one to deal with the grasshopper in the room, but my husband took care of that one ;).

A new facility with nice big rooms. We had a quiet, pleasant one night stay. The location is convenient to the Hill Country, Austin, Fredericksburg, San Antonio, and other local attractions.

Lovely hotel and staff. The room was very clean and large and bedding was exceptionally comfortable especially the pillows. We were only staying one night but would have been very happy to stay longer if time had allowed. We would recommend this hotel to anyone.
Also Kerrville is a very nice town with lots of parks and very convenient when driving on the main I10 to/from San Antonio.
