To begin, there is absolutely nothing wrong with this Hampton Inn. It has all the bells and whistles that one would expect of a Hilton product, and all that we used worked well. It was that there was just not anything about the inn that inspired me to say great things about the place. Check-in and check-out were handled efficiently, but with little effort to inject any warmth or personality into them. The room was furnished cookie cutter roadside style with no personality. It was reasonably clean, I cannot fault that. There was an expanded Continental breakfast, but the only imagination there was the "hot entree", egg, bacon and cheese on a bagel half. Heart attack on a plate. Compared to the Courtyard and Sheraton down the road, this place was a bargain at $98.10 a night, and at that price, I really cannot fault it.

Stayed here around the 11th of June. The property was immaculate, the staff went above and beyond the call of duty, the pool and hottub (with a lifeguard) were great for all the guests, the continental breakfast was more than continental (with both cold and hot foods), 24 hr. complementary beverages (coffee, cocoa, and tea), and the location was great for all we needed/wanted to do. We were with a big group of people and the hotel staff went out of their way to make sure we were all happy, well fed, and quickly and accurately answered any and all questions. Checkin and checkout were a breeze. We also had access to wifi in the rooms and in an office area. Restaurants around the area were also good, although we didn't try the one in the hotel itself. We had an unfortunate incident with one of their irons not heating and leaking rusty water and they immediately did all they could to "make it right" for us. We travel alot, here and overseas. While this is not a budget hotel, it is definitely comparable in price with the other hotels in the area. We were well satisfied and really felt the staff did more than their jobs, being helpful, responsive, cleaning all the time, and being friendly. It's great to have a hotel exceed our expectations!

This was probably the nicest hotel I've stayed for the money - all of hotel was very clean, room was large and nice, breakfast was great, staff was friendly, convenient to many restaurants.

This was a great hotel. The service was great, the room was very clean, the location was convenient and the free breakfast was very good. Do not hesitate to select this hotel for your stay.

We were going to be in the Boston area for ten days and did not want to have to worry about the hotel . So I read the reviews from fellow Trip Advisor members and chose the Hampton Inn in Norwood Massachusetts. An excellent choice . The room was quiet and comfortable . We did day trips as far south as Mystic Conn . and as far north as Maine and it was good to know that we would relax when we got back to our hotel. Breakfast was available daily just off the lobby and high speed internet was available in the business center. We were thoroughly satisfied with our choice of a place to stay . I never book a room without consulting Trip Advisor.
