Like all the Hampton Inns that we have stayed at, this one was very nice. It was confortable and clean. It was not a 5 star hotel but in Waycross you are not looking for something like that. What I like about Hampton Inns is their consistancy. They have above average rooms and confortable bed at a reasonable price. You can find cheaper hotels but I will pay to get the consistantly good room.

I spent one night in Waycross. The room was typical Hampton Inn. I thought the breakfast in the morning was ok, nothing to special. A good location in the center of town.

I booked this room through the Hampton Inn website because I trust Hampton Inns to be nice hotels, but this one let me down. They put us in a handicapped accessible room(which we did not request or need), complete with rails on the toilet and a roll in shower, no tub of course. The halls had a terrible odor, but it did not extend to the rooms. The room had not been cleaned well at all...syrup on the table and lap tray, hairs in the shower and on floor, to name a few things. The breakfast was okay, but I've seen better. There was a pool and fitness room, but we did not check them out as we were only there one night. I will not stay in this particular Hampton Inn again.

We were passing through on our way to Savannah. We were very pleasantly surprised in the quality of the hotel. Very nice room, large and clean. The breakfast area was clean and roomy with breads, fruit, cereal, coffee, etc. We would stay there again!

Reviewed this property via internet and made advance reservations telephonically, directly with hotel. The owner greeted us upon check-in, warm cookies were offered. The immediate lobby and eating area made an excellent impression (spacious and very clean), as did the owner who chatted with us. Our room was larger and newer looking than we expected and we were thrilled with it. Later, when we were leaving to go out, an extremely nice lady who had talked to us at check-in, saw us and made a point to come over to us to tell us that she had more cookies coming out of the oven, which she served to us. I also appreciated the hot tea and coffee in the lobby which we could take to our room. The location to eating establishments and stores was excellent. We wish all of our rooms and prices on our vacation would have been as good as this property.
