We stayed there 1 night and the experience is not good. When we checked in, front desk staff *ik* told us that we have an option of a noisy non-smoking room or a quiet smoking room and that was no other choices. We selected the quiet smoking room. When we get into the room, we found that the door to balcony was broken and could not be locked. There were also empty cigarette box and also empty water bottles on the ground. We went back to front desk and the staff there immediately change another quiet non-smoking room to us. The room condition is old and basic but that is something expected at the time we booked the hotel.
We have tried the buffet dinner in the hotel. The positive thing is that there is not much people queueing up for food. The negative thing is that there is not much food for people to queue up.
The hotel itself is in a good location that walkable to other big hotels and casino nearby.

Our stay was for 2 nights from 4th May. We had just had a 13 hr flight from Australia and when our connecting flight from LA was cancelled, a 4 hour bus trip so we were exhausted. On arrival about 8pm we were informed by a very off-hand receptionist that the only room they had was over the street and there would be a bit of noise. Understatement of the year. The first thing I noticed when we got out of the elevator was 2 cigarette butts on the floor. This was not good I thought. The "bit of noise" was actually a band playing downstairs in some nightclub and seemed like it was in our room. On investigation we found that the door to the balcony could not be closed as it was broken. Bearing in mind our tired and emotional state we went downstairs determined that they either find us another room or another hotel. Fortunately we encountered a more helpful receptionist who found us another room on the quiet side of the hotel which was quite satisfactory. By this time it was getting late and we decided to eat in one of the hotel's eateries. Big mistake. The burger and chicken strips had apparently been cooked at breakfast time and kept heated. We didn't eat in the hotel again. The one good thing about the IP is the location but even so it should be marked for demolition. It is old and the casino smells. It is cheap enough but my advice would be to pay a bit extra and stay elsewhere.

Arrived early morning on the 2nd of July. Checked in, all three nights comped. Was given a Deluxe King Suite (room 940).
I took the set of elevators located behind the main bank of elevators, these elevators are always never being used, never had to wait for 1 the whole stay !!!
Walked into room and was very HAPPY, large living-room area,
directly in front of the door, full sized sofa, 2 large chairs, coffee table, TV and also a desk and chair to the side front of the room. Pass the living room area , double sliding glass doors , opening to the balcony...which over looked the Harrah's pool next door.
Which was great since I don't like to smoke in the room. To the right of the door was a wet-bar...fridge and sink and mirrored all around. Pass this , is the bedroom area, king bed, 2 end tables and lamps. another tv, another A/C unit, and 1 step up to the bathroom. Large soaker tub, which has glass and curtains , doubles as a large shower. 1 sink vanity area, blow dryer, shampoo. lotions, soaps and bath gels. Also bath salts...which was a nice touch. Large closet, with mirrored doors and a enclosed toilet area with another phone .
Everything was super clean and spotless, from the carpets to the linens, to the furniture. Hallways was always free from room service trays and tables. I had used room service three times, and always wonderful and the food was hot. And after calling them back, tables were always taken away in less than 30 minutes.
Will be staying here again and again, Im sure......

This is a hotel in dire need of refurbishment; it is looking very tired and tatty, the air con system is dated and noisy and the room we had overlooked the multi story car park and was the noisiest room we have evr stayed in and that includes hotels on airport omplexes!!
