Recent stay at Parkroyal was absolutely fantastic. Paid a bit extra for Orchid Club and it is worth every cent. As usual, the staff at this hotel were wonderful especially Orchid Club staff. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone..

Recently had two visits at this hotel and enjoyed the Orchid Club room. I would recommend this additional expense as the rooms and staff on this floor are excellent. The hotel is in an excellent location being very close to all the shopping centres and the monorail. I have stayed at other hotels in this area but the Parkroyal will be my first choice in the future.

If you like shopping and great value accommodation....the Park Royal is for you. All in all, everything is at your doorstep, esp the shopping malls and arcades. You'll pay easily 2 to 4 times more at the 4 and 5 star Hotels just up the road and around the corner. The Park Royal is slick and modern, esp after the recent refurbishment. The breakfast menu is good with a good and wide selection of foods. The rooms are clean and most importantly big beds to kick back in after a long day on business or shopping. I've read some of the negative remarks and tend to disagree, unless the reviewer may have had one of the unfurbished rooms. Great value for money!! It is a very central location, esp shopping virtually on your doorstep. If the room tariffs remain competitive I will book unreservedly the Park Royal again for my next KL trip.

Just come back from Malaysia. This was our first visit and definitely not the last. Spent 3 nights at the Park Royal hotel. The hotel is immaculate, clean and stylish. The room we had was a double room and it had great views across the city. Huge comfortable bed with soft gorgeous sheets with all the controls for air con, lights etc conveniently on a panel thing beside the bed. The room was really big and spacious and the bathroom had granite tops and was immaculately clean. Room service was always tip top. This is where we've have had the best breakfast EVER! So much to choose from in the buffet - Malay, English, Chinese, Indian, Continental breakfast and the fruit was so fresh. We're already missing the breakfast! We didn't eat at the hotel because you just need to step outside and you are right in the middle of the the city with so many restaurants, bars and shopping malls at your doorstep. We wished we had more time to explore all the malls! Its in a great location with the monorail less than 5 mins walk. we took that once to the Petronas Towers but otherwise we walked or took a taxi which was really cheap. They also have an outdoor pool, great if you just need to cool down in the afternoon and plenty of sun decks. It was quiet and relaxing. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help. It was a fantastic start to our holiday in Malaysia and will definitely use the same hotel in the future.
