This hotel had an unbelievable view of Jerusalem, including the Old City. Assim, the assistant reception manager, gave us the best customer service i have experienced. With excellent customer service, good food and great rooms, I will be returning here on my next trip to Jerusalem.

Great location for Old City and Ben Yehuda Street

The Dan Panorama is a decent 'middle of the road' hotel, within in easy walking reach of both Jerusalem's Old City (15 mins), Kotel (25 mins) and Ben Yehuda Street (15-20 mins).
It is close to the King David and King David Citadel hotels, both of which are significantly more expensive to stay at than the Dan Panorama. Therefore, if you want a reasonably priced hotel, close to major attractions (listed above), give it a try!
Food was pretty good, staff were helpful, and rooms were fine, if not that big. There is also complimentary hotel parking, if you have / hire a car while you're there.

This hotel is pretty much central to everything you want to see in Jerusalem. The room, while small, was clean and very quiet. Breakfast was average for Israeli hotels and, while acceptable, not up to the quality you would expect.

Stayed at the Dan Pan for 5 nights with a tour group of 49 people. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel, the fantastic location. Many of the places we wanted to visit, were so accessible. The wait staff in the Dining Room were superb, both efficient and attentive. Besides that, they all looked so smart in their white coats - looked professional. the Manager of the Dining Room went above, and beyond service and we all thought he was special. We did find the front desk busy, but then all front desks in hotels tend to be the same. We never found the front desk staff rude, as we attempted to treat them with courtesy, and found that a smile goes a long way. We plan to reurn to this hotel next year, with another tour group, and look forward to staying there.
