Stayed there for 3 nights from the the 31st May. Reception are friendly but location is bad away from the real action of Madrid. This hotel is supposed to be 4 star. Room was small. Just nothing special about this hotel at all. Not worth the rating of 4 star. Modern but no character. Shop around there must be better out there.

Like this place because of where it is located. Very convenient for both business and dining out. My favourite Tapas place - "Lateral" is five min walk away...

You'll get an excellent feel for this hotel from the stuff already written about it. I'd agree with just about everything. The hotel is clean, smart, with good staff and a good location. If I was staying with a group of friends and sharing / or on my first trip away with a new partner then I think I would stay somewhere else due to the bathrooms being rather 'open'! However, staying with my long-term partner there is no embarrassment factor and infact it was a brilliant hotel and good value for money. Standard rooms ok sized and aircon (in summer months). Didn't get breakfast at the hotel so couldn't comment. However, there are plenty of places to get a good value breakfast. Hotel is a 5 min walk from the nearest metro, and it costs 1 euro per trip. Well worth getting one of the multi-trip offers for around 6.50 euro for 10 trips if staying at this hotel as you probably will use the metro more often than you think.

Hotel molto moderno situato nella zona commerciale di Serrano. Ogni particolare dell'hotel è estremamente moderno. Avevamo una camera family: 2 adulti e 2 bambini al 1° piano. Non era particolarmente ampia ma la soluzione dei 2 letti a castello per i bambini consentiva un discreto spazio libero. Il bagno chiuso da porte trasparenti in cristallo è abbastanza ampio con lavabo quadrato e una doccia veramente grande e comoda. Veramente piacevole e funzionale il getto dell'acqua con anche l'idromassaggio. Televisione a schermo piatto lcd e soprattutto un personal computer a disposizione con linea internet ad alta velocità. Pulizia della camera discreta anche se dietro le tende e sotto il letto rimaneva dello sporco. Personale alla reception molto gentile e disponibile per eventuali richieste di informazioni. La cosa veramente ridicola è che l'Hotel dispone di un ristorante interno che però è chiuso il Sabato e la Domenica e per tutte le festività Natalizie e di Fine Anno. Ovviamente è un grosso disagio per le famiglie con bambini ed è grave che la cosa non sia pubblicizzata sul sito dell'Hotel e neppure su Expedia. Se l'avessi saputo prima avrei scelto un'altra struttura. Non abbiamo provato la colazione perchè ci sembrava una follia spendere 15 euro a testa in un paese non caro come la Spagna. In conclusione un buon albergo che potrebbe però essere un pò più pulito e soprattutto avere un ristorante aperto visto che si tratta di un 4 stelle.

A nice modern hotel, well thought out design with friendly staff. The complimentary bottle of cava was nice touch For the price you really can't fault this place especially its proximity to Serrano and the great shops. I've heard good things about the other Petit Palace and High Tech hotels too. The only minor gripe I had was some of the fixtures in the room were a little worn and the room service menu seemed to be a bit thin on what they actually had in stock, but then you can pop out and get some wonderful food and drink in this great city any time!.
