Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Alden war perfekt. Wir wurden mit einem Glas Champagner und einem leckeren Snack empfangen. Die Suite hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Frühstück (im Zimmerpreis mit eingeschlossen) war frisch und die Auswahl groß. Es liegt in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel von Zürich, nahe des Sees. Ich empfehle Ihnen sich vor der Oper Fahrräder auszuleihen (kostenlos) und sich so die Gegend am See anzusehen. Das Hotel war jeden Cent/Franken wert!

Our visit to hotel Alden was perfect. We were greeted with a glass of champagne and a delicious snack. Our suite far exceeded our expectations. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast (included in the price of your stay) was fresh and offered many choices. It's located in a quiet residential area of Zurich, close to the lake. Make sure you rent bikes (for free) outside the Opera House and explore the lakeside. This hotel is worth every penny/franc!!

This hotel takes the word Boutique to a new level. It is modern luxury with a sophisticated flair containing every detail to please the guest. From elegant -service oriented staff who knows you by name and preference -to a teddy bear for your child. We had Suite number 3D it was like having your own apartment in Zurich, position bed, plasma TV with internet, music in the Roman bathroom suite (tuned in to chic music), automatic toilet , huge shower with set temperature, Bulgari soaps, loofah and towel warmer. The decoration, modern with antiques and walls like art gallery with modern paintings and antique portraits. The ceiling was a work of art, probably original mouldings from the building. Details like a bowl full of cherries, chocolates, orquides. We love the Alden.The food was incredible! It is 5 min walking distance away from the action , but is worth it.
