so... the holiday was funtastic, because Paris it's a wonderful city, the hotel is good located (few steps from la fayette mall)..but the hotel was not so good:
- there wasn't air conditioning in the room
- so in france 3 stars rate it's like 4 stars in italy. but was terrbile.
- the breakfast staff was very terrible, every day in a bad humor (we stayed in this hotel for 6 nights)
- there was no privacy, during the night we heard the couple screaming....
- the concierge was friendly...but not professional...
in any case i don't suggest this hotel to other people

I agree with 'OK' of April 07. The manager was very friendly and helpful, apart from failing to replace the two faulty light bulbs we gave him! The room was clean, and so was the bathroom, but it was indeed very, very small! The breakfast was substantial and served in a small but comfortable basement room. For a short break, when you do not expect to spend too much time in the room, it was absolutely fine.

Just spent a girls weekend in Paris with 6 friends and stayed at this hotel. I was disappointed that having made the booking in February, we were initially allocated 4 rooms on different floors. The staff were really helpful and we were moved for the second night to adjoining rooms but this meant having to pack bags etc. - not much fun when you are only there for a weekend.
The staff were really helpful. The rooms were a little shabby but very clean and there was plenty of hot water. There is no air conditioning, but if you opened a window you were kept awake by the noise from the bar/restaurant opposite and the hostel further up the road.
The buffet breakfast was fine but the room is in the basement and a little cramped and stuffy.
I suppose for the price that I paid it could be considered as "good value", but it is definitely not 3 star.
