If you cancel less than 2 days before your arrival date, you will be charged by the hotel as for the first night.
If you do not cancel and do not arrive you will be charged by the hotel as for the first night (no-show case).
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up to 2 days before your arrival date, by accessing My Booking page.

It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE/ADVANCED".

Cancellations and alterations made up to 72 hours before your scheduled arrival date are free of charge. In case of late cancellation, late alteration or no-show, the hotel will charge 80% of the total booking cost to the credit card provided.

In case of early departure or late arrival the hotel will charge 80% of the room rate for the dates which were booked but not taken.

For the following dates cancellations and alterations made up to one week before the day of arrival are free of charge: IFA (31.08 – 05.09.2007); (12.09 – 15.09.2007); CMS (18.09 – 21.09.2007); YOU Messe (27.09 – 30.09.2007); Venus (18.10 – 21.10.2007); Orthopädiekongress (23.10 – 27.10.2007); Silvester (28.12 – 01.01.2008). For later cancellations, alterations or no-shows the hotel will charge the total amount of the booking to the credit card provided.

All cancellations or alterations have to be submitted in writing.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
