This hotel is well located for Dublin city centre. It is also only a short walk from Connolly Station and Bus Aras.
The rooms are quite comfortable, just what you would expect from a budget hotel.
When we arrived there was a mix up with the rooms, but it was sorted out once I queried it.
My son and I both had Chicken Caesar Salad in the Bar and were quite surprised to see quite a lot of grit still present on the lettuce.
We were on our way to a concert and didn't have time to make a fuss though.
However, overall not a bad hotel.

Stayed here on the Sat/Sun of the first bank holiday in May. Firstly, the location of the hotel. This is not a true city centre hotel. It is located right next to the River Liffey (so good views if you get a room at the front like we did) but to O'Connel St and Temple Bar is about a 15/20 minutes walk. Secondly rooms - the double room we stayed in was OK, a bit on the smaller side but adequate for a weekend away. Thirdly the bar/food - the bar prices are slightly cheaper than you pay in the city centre (Dublin is on the expensive side) - 2 pints of lager ?9.80 and the food was reasonably priced compared to the city centre although we only had bar snacks.

I only spent about eight hours in the hotel, checking in at 11pm and leaving at 7am the following morning, so my experience of the hotel isn't a complete one.
I am a fan of good three star hotels, so am realistic about some of the limitations they have in terms of comfort, facilities and decor. Nevertheless, the fabric of the hotel was tired and soulless - and frankly the place left me feeling pretty much the same. All this can seem so much less important if you are treated well, but the staff were surly at check-in, and indifferent at check out. They also missed a wake up call for a colleague which meant we were late for a train.
I had a room on overlooking the river, but also a busy road which made a good night's sleep very difficult.
I stayed in Jury's Inn Christchurch (Dublin) a couple of years ago - it was a much better hotel and more conveniently located for the City centre.
There are some decent reviews of the hotel from other travellers so I might have this wrong, but I'd give this one a miss if you've got the option.

We had a great 4 day Easter Weekend at the Jury's Inn. The room was big enough to accommodate our toddler's travel bed, and the food was pretty good - especially breakfast.
Plus: location is great for being just out of the city center, the staff is very accommodating
Con: The room seemed a little dirty, and the sheets were SUPER itchy.
Decent for families: Understand that everything of interest is about a 10-15 minute walk away (or a bus ride).
