We had booked the Turim Lisboa but because of problems with electrics we were switched (when we went to book in) to the Turim Europa.
It wasn't as good as we had expected the Turim LIsboa to be.
The room was on the small side but perfectly adequate.
We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis and the breakfast was acceptable, more than sufficient but nothing to write home about.
Overall, everything was OK including the location (near several Metro stations and a longish downhill walk into the City centre).

Nice rooms, good location for shopping.

Stayed there for four days and found the hotel very good. Well equipped bathroom with plenty of good towels, ok breakfast (but very crowded after nine o'clock). The best thing about the hotel was the location. Not very good for nightlife, but close the some of the big shopping malls as El Corte Ingles etc.
The rooms were very clean and had wooden floors, so thereby you could also check that there was no dust underneath the bed.
Excellent and very helpful staff and happy hour in the bar every afternoon!
Nice city centre hotel

We stayed in this hotel for one night with our 4 month old daughter whilst touring Portugal. We chose it for its price (relatively low) and good central location.
The first thing I will say is that this hotel is really difficult to find, especially as Expedia shortened the street name so I couldn't enter it into the GPS! Aside from that, I would definetly stay in this hotel again.
The room was a good size and a cot was provided for the baby, the bed was confortable, although the view was non-existant. The bathroom was also a little bizzare and having a shower caused a minor flood.
The staff were relatively friendly and efficient. Breakfast was included and was addequate.
Overall, this is a good place to stay for a city break for a couple of nights.
