We booked this hotel based only on the location (walking distance) to the Louvre and the rating others had written here. But because we don't travel often I perhaps was expecting more. This hotel was clean but the room and bathroom especially was very small and the street noise was terrible. I thought it was tolerable but my teenager didn't think so. I would not stay there again.

Due to the high season. I was unable to book the hotel, where I always try to stay in Paris, so I booked this terrible hotel.
Generally - the hotel is clean, but all additional services are ungroundedly expensive. The safe box costs 4 euros per night., the WiFi connection - 8 euros per hour, although in most of the hotels is it free of charge, a minute of telephone - 0,9 euro per minute.
The girl on the reception charged my card for the stay twicely and when I asked her to cancel one of the operation, she refused doing that and told me to contact my bank. So, she even did not try to change the situation.
After begging her for an hour to cancel the operation, she called me a [--] tourist.
So I do not advise anyone to stay in this hotel due to the terrible management.
However I should note that the room was clean.

A perfectly adequate hotel, and not much different from so many others in Paris. On the plus side, the location is fabulous - 10 min walk to the Louvre and les grand magasins. On the down side, it's pretty pricey for what it is and it's quite noisy. Wouldnt rave about it, but cant complain too much either.

Overall ,hotel was clean, pleasantly decorated, very convenient and staff on reception polite and friendly.
However the walls were very thin and we had a very disturbed couple of nights with people coming and going and doing goodness knows what at all times. The space in the shower was very limited and the waterflow erratic making for a some what nerve-racking experience having a shower. Also hadn't registered that breakfast wasn't included but that should have been made clearer by Expedia rather than the hotel I guess.

The rooms are tiny, the shower in the bathroom is so small, if you dropped your soap, you would actually have to get out of the shower to pick it up. The beds are hard, and you have about 7 square feet of floor space. The service is spotty, with some good workers, and some bad ones. At checkout, we were hit with an extra 200 euros on our bill for breakfasts the past week, which we thought were included and didn't even partake in every morning. Haggling with the man at the front desk at 5 in the morning was not how I would have liked to have ended my honeymoon. The only positive thing to be said is that it is in a very good location, quite near to many of Paris' top spots. On the other hand, it is not the only hotel in that area, I would recommend any hotel *but* this one.
