I stayed here twice within 6 weeks when the Red Sox came to play the Oakland A's. The first time I was nervous about the location - true, it's not the best, but they do offer a shuttle to and from the stadium - however, in the end, because the shuttle goes to the BART station (way opposite end from my seats) and because there were so many other fans staying here, it was absolutely no problem to walk to and from without a care (and I am female, travelled alone, and these were both night games!) - don't know if it's like that for football games, but definitely for baseball games. Never did take them up on their free breakfast either time, but it looked packed and happy in there. All the front desk people I dealt with one way or the other seemed to go out of their way to be helpful - and the manager amazingly booked me in a room at the normal regular rate this last time.... after their website said they were all sold out for a week or so prior - ! The rooms are basic but very clean. Extremely comfortable beds. Love the coffee machine in room (and blowdryer/iron/ironing board, etc.) - all that's really missing for a quick stay is a mini-fridge. At the very least for baseball games (and no doubt flights in and out of Oakland), I cannot recommend this any higher.

Close to the A's!!! Which is why we selected it. Going back in July. Location was hesitant at first but it is not a problem... little bit of traffic noise from the highway and also lots of bike (motorcycle traffic/noise) but not to bad. Lot's of baseball fan's stay here it looked like and also at the other htoels/motels in area. Did I mention close to the ball park??? Hope, skip, and a jump to Jack London Square and not to far from the wharf in San Fran... Central location makes it good to stay at, besides you are gone most of the time anyway, right??? Staff were all friendly and seemed to enjoy working there. The restaurant on site seems to be popular with the local law enforcement which I would think means good food... As with other reviews, this is just my opinion so others may think differently...

Was staying to make an early flight. It is very basic and the area is kind of ghetto. If you need a clean hotel to stay and you are leaving from Oakland I would recommend it. Rate was cheap- $80. They have an all night shuttle and the desk was friendly enough. It was adequate for my needs.

Stayed here one night becuase we had a 6:00 am flight from Oakland. This was also one of the cheapest ones I found at $80/night. The front desk was very courteous and helpful. The rooms were very clean. The room was a little small, and I didn't like how the sink was outside of the bathroom. But I would definitely recommend this place if you needed to stay close to the airport.

Clean and ok. Nothing fancy at all. Check in was a little long but it was due to the front desk staff helping other guest, not lack of attentiveness. Decent Chinese restaurant at hotel as well. Shuttle runs very consistently. Only 10 minutes to airport on shuttle.
