What a great hotel! Right by the metro, a fabulous breakfast, friendly staff and resonable weekend prices. This seems to be a business hotel, so the weekend rates were great. The area is a business area, but we enjoyed it. There is a large grocery store a few blocks away, as well as a McDonalds to use as a reference point. The breakfast is extensive with meats and cheese and pastries and juice and yogurt. We stayed here the night we arrived and liked it so much we booked it for the last night of our vacation too. Get the 24 hour train pass and you can go wherever you want. It is within a few blocks of the train station. The hotel provided shampoo and a hairdryer and a large bathroom, which we learned to appreciate after staying at other places. The beds are a little hard (from my experience the European norm) but there was no street noise. I definitely would stay here again, at least on a weekend while trying to catch a flight from Milan.

Was für ein schönes Hotel! Ich machte mir schon Sorgen als ich die ganzen schmuddeligen Sexshops die Straße runter sah, das war aber unnötig. Die Zimmer waren schön (wir hatten ein sehr geräumiges und sauberes Doppelzimmer) und das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben sogar die Bar für uns noch einmal aufgemacht, als wir dort spät am Abend anreisten und wir durften zu später Stunde in der Lounge noch gemütlich was trinken. Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, ca. 10 Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt, Sehenswürdigkeiten wie der Dom waren dann noch mal 10 Minuten weiter. Wir würden hier definitiv wieder übernachten.

What a lovely hotel! I was a bit concerned as there is a seedy sex shop a few doors down, but I needn't have worried. The rooms were lovely (we had a double room which was very spacious and clean) and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They even re-opened the bar for us when we came in late one night and put up with us drinking in the lounge til an ungodly hour. The hotel is well located, about 10 minutes walk from the Stazione Centrale and a further 10 minutes walk from the rest of the sites e.g. Duomo. We would definitely go back here.

me and my girlfriend stayed for 4 nights and thought it was pukka!! all the different members of staff were all very friendly and helpfull. we will definately be staying again.
