This hotel was great, the staff were extremely helpful and very efficient and attentive. The tram stop is right outside the hotel with a short trip into the city centre (about 8 mins). There is an indoor swimming pool which is lovely after a hard day's sightseeing. The only let down (very minor) is that there was no shower, only a bath with a shower hose which could not be attached to the wall. The breakfast was excellent with a range of delicious hot and cold choices. An excellent choice for sightseeing in Vienna without paying city centre prices!

The hotel is an excellent choice. The people/stuff were very friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast was just perfect. The hotel was renovated in 2006 and everything looks so clean and shinny. Rooms were clean, quite and spacious. Access to the hotel is quite easy, coming from the airport you take the CAT train service which will take you to Wien - Mitte and from there you can use the metro just get off at Westbahnof (U3) then join U6 and stop at Alser Strase. From there is 5minutes walking.

Just a little bit out of the center. Good public transportation from the hotel to the rest of Vienna. Walkable distance to the center if you are able (20 min.). Hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly. Don't pay to much. You can book a doublle room for € 75/night incl. breakfast. A very very good breakfast. The hotel gets everything you need. The rooms on the backside are very calm. Rooms next to your room can be noisy cause af the thinn walls. But still its a good choice, we enjoyed it very much.

The hotel is some distance from the centre of Vienna and all the sights that you will want to see so although trams and the metro are close, you will spend a fair bit of time getting to and from the heart of things. The heating controls in the room were random, most of the time sweltering hot and the bathroom smelt of bad drains or the like - yuk. The staff were surly and completely uninterested in helping. We made several requests for assistance with linen, taxi booking etc and none of these were met satisfactorily. Basically this is not a good hotel and I would never stay there again.
