The location of this hotel was very good for both the station, the town and the lake. We went with French Travel service and you do tend to get a better service with them e.g. the best rooms for the price that you pay. We had a very spacious, clean and comfortable room, with a large balcony, giving views of the distant mountains. The bathroom was also very spacious. Breakfast was good, but the staff did struggle to replenish items when numbers of guests overwhelmed them.. The bar had a limited stock, but was fine for our needs. The staff were all very friendly and recommended restaurants on request. Our air-conditioning broke down, but was repaired very quickly on request. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the beautiful town of Annecy.

Very good location, 5 minutes walk to the Train station. 10 minutes walk to the old town. We have got a 3 beds room (we request double room only) so the size is very good! The bed is close to the window, which provides us a very good view in the morning! The hotel cannot help u much in the travelling tips. No internet connection too. The shower is good! The prices is reasonable! We have a good stay here!The photos provided on the web are truly reflect the condition of the rooms.

Très bon emplacement, à 5 mn à pied de la gare et 10 mn à pied de la vieille ville. Nous avions une chambre à 3 lits (alors que nous n’en avions demandé que 2), aussi elle était très grande ! Le lit était près de la fenêtre, le matin au réveil on avait une très belle vue ! A cet hôtel, ils ne donnent pas tellement de conseils en matière d’excursions. Il n’y a pas d’accès à Internet non plus. La douche marchait vraiment bien ! Le prix était raisonnable. Nous avons eu un bon séjour à cet hôtel. Les photos des chambres sur leur site correspondent bien à la réalité.

We spent 5 days here in August and found it quiet (despite conveniently being near the railway & coach stations). It is within easy walking distance of the lake and the main streets. Room was good and easily fitted an extra bed in for our son. Bathroom was huge. We had a no smoking room. The only downside was the price of the breakfast which was €12.50 per person (free for children). Breakfast is from 7.00 so allows an early start.

On a passé 5 jours à cet hôtel au mois d’Août et on l’a trouvé calme (et pourtant il est juste à côté de la gare SNCF et de la gare routière, ce qui est bien pratique). De l’hôtel, on peut aller facilement à pied jusqu’au lac et aux rues principales. La chambre était bien, il y avait largement la place de mettre un troisième lit pour notre fils. La salle de bains était immense. On était en chambre non fumeurs. Le seul inconvénient, c’était le prix du petit déjeuner, 12,50 € par personne (gratuit pour les enfants). Il était servi à partir de 7h, donc c’était bien pour pouvoir démarrer la journée de bonne heure.
