For those looking for a more active holiday the hotel is the ideal starting point for exploring the Rieserferner and Ahrn nature park; the neighbouring valley of Pustertal and all of the small villages within it. In addition to this we also offer guided hiking tours during summer; Nordic walking lessons with instructor and mountain bike hire. In summer there are numerous leisure activities; river rafting; canoeing; riding; climbing and swimming in Sand in Taufers. In winter 2 skiing areas; Speikboden and Klausberg are open in the Ahrntal. Kronplatz skiing area 20 km from the hotel in the area of Dolomiti Superski is also available. Museums; churches and castles can also be explored in the area. We offer a transer from the train station to the hotel on stays of 3 nights or more. Free parking is available in front of the hotel or their is a garage at an addtional charge. Additional Information; Children age 0-2 stay free with parents in existing bedding. Children age 3-8 receive a 50pct reduction. Children over this age will be considered an adult. Only 1 child allowed in double deluxe room in the remaining rooms children are considered as adult.
