We stayed at this hotel just for one night.
The staff was not very friendly.
There is no lift and nobody help you with the luggage
Our room (and bathroom) was very small and not so clean.
Breakfast is ok for Italian standards.
Well positioned: 10 minutes walking from the train station or 5 min. with vaporetto stop just in front of the hotel.
I would not stay there again, but maybe for young people with low budget could be a choice if good offers available.

We stayed at the Tre Archi for a two night city break. The hotel is located in the Canareggio area and the location is excellent. The hotel overlooks the canal and is in a quiet area. There are restaurants within minutes and they are not overpriced like those around the busier tourist areas. The hotel is about 10-15 minutes walk from the bus station and there is a water bus stop right outside the hotel. (A number 41, 42, 51 or 52 stops at either the stop right outside the hotel or the stop just across the canal.)
The hotel itself is very Venetian in it's decor. It has chandeliers, fussy wall coverings and furniture and is pretty much in keeping with what you would expect to find in Venice.
The bathroom was clean and tidy, although the shower didn't work properly so you had to use the hand held shower. The hotel and room were very clean and if you are looking for a reasonably priced hotel in a nice location then this one is for you. We walked to St Marks square and it took about 15 minutes (and was quicker than the water bus). We would use this hotel again-don't expect luxury but you can expect clean and comfortable.
