This is my second time to stay at this hotel. Although the hotel changed a bit since my last stay in 10 years, the entire experience was wonderful. The rooms are small overall, but clean and worked well for our purposes. Breakfast on the outside patio was a great experience. Worth the money compared to many other places we could have chosen instead of here.

The staff is amazing here, though the location is sub par. My room was not ready when I arrived, so they arranged for me to stay at a 3 star hotel across the street for the first night. The manager even helped me carry my luggage and walked me over there. Rooms are very clean. It even has a mini fridge!! Breakfast room is also very nice, with an outdoor wing.

This hotel was a nice surprise as we had booked a trip to Rome and Paris on a budget through Gate 1 Travel (Travelzoo). We did not upgrade from the basic package. The hotel is conveniently located near bus and metro stations with a internet and international call center within a block. A large grocery store is within a 5- 10 minute stroll. The 20-25 room hotel while quaint is nicely decorated with marble floors and walls. The room had all the modern conveniences and was well appointed, ie. hair dryers, balcony, refrigerator, comfortable bed and pillows, satellite tv. Continental breakfast was served every morning with a very energetic staff and in a pleasing atmosphere.. The staff was friendly and spoke english rather well. The entrance is secured by a sliding glass door which can only be opened by the desk clerk. We felt quite safe at all hours. The guests that I met were from all over...US, England, Japan, some had stayed there previously. I would not hesistate for an instant to stay there again should I be fortunate enough to be able to return to Rome.

My husband and I had a positive experience at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and spoke english well. As soon as we arrived the man working at the front desk offered us his suggestions of what to do while in Rome (since it was our first trip) and he laid out a walking tour for us on the maps they provided. This was GREAT! We followed it and saw so much of the city in a short time. The rooms were nice and clean and the bathrooms are a good size, clean and modern. It is a 15 minute walk from Termini train station but it is not the prettiest walk in town. As soon as we arrived we dropped our bags and walked to the Colloseum/Forum area and it only took about 15 minutes so we were happy with that. I would stay again!

es de lo mejor que te puedes encontrar en roma. el hotel está renovado, las habitaciones son un poco pequeñas pero suficiente para lo que vas ha hacer en Roma que es patear. Los baños muy bien. Todo limpísimo. El personal superagradable tanto los dueños como los empleados. El desayuno lo puedes tomar en una terracita muy agradable. Para desayunar pan y croasants. Muy buen hotel para lo que hay en Roma. Por cierto la estacion de metro de Manzoni esta cerrada. bajaos en la de Vitorio Emmanuele y coger el bus o tranvia hasta la puerta del hotel
