we spent part of our holydays at Yria resort. Check-in was made in the lounge area, facing the breathtaking pool: our first impression was that the staff was very helpful, expecially Mrs Iota, because she speaks italian very well. She showed us the resort and our room, while we are waiting for rent a car. Our room was nicely decorated in green color, with two windows, one of them directly in the private patio with bouganville; the bathroom had bathrobes of quality and the kit with shower gel and shampoo with biologic ingredients. The room was very silent, always clean and in perfect order, as the resort. Every morning Mrs Iota suggested us wich beach see and showed us in the map the best way to take. Breakfast wasn't a buffet, but they served always much more than you ordered and the food was very good. The staff payed attention at every needs: when we go to the pool, immediatly they open our ombrella and served us iced water or iced towels. The staff called for us our next Hotel (The Mykonos Grand in Mykonos) to advice our arrival as they could prepare the transportation from the ferry to the hotel. What can we say? Everything was perfect!!!

About two weeks ago i had a chance to stay there, and let me tell you it was the most enjoyble place i have been for the longest. The resort is just right not to big or to small and it was very quite,the staff was great from my Arrival to departure and i was very suprise that they came out to greed us and on the departure all of them give us a warm good bye on the way to the taxi. The restaurant was very good and the chef tried his best to please us with our taste , the desserts are a must try. Finally the rooms are very clean and generally the ammenities where at its best.

I stayed 10 days in August 2007 at Yria. I loved it. Stunning place, beautiful, quiet. Great breakfast, delightful hamburgers, sandwiches and salads at the bar. I also loved the pool and beach is great, only a five minute walk. Only complaint: rooms are maybe a bit small and bathrooms are really poor!!!! Nice people. I loved the island of Paros. My favourite spots: Parikia and the neighbouring island of Antiparos

Die Anlage ist ein Traum, wenn man sich dort ständig aufhält, leider eher langweilig. Vorsicht!!!!!!!! Nicht bei TUI buchen, die bilden in ihrem Katalog nämlich die "Executive Suite" ab und die hat gar nichts mit den Zimmern gemein, die Pauschal-Touristen bei TUI erhalten. Erfährt man aber erst vor Ort und ist lt.Hotelmanager keine Seltenheit, daß die Gäste dann mit langen Gesichtern da stehen. Falls man eine Pasta mit Pesto für 14,00 € essen mag, hoffe ich das sie entsprechend schmecken. Wir haben auf diesen Genuss verzichtet. Von dem freundlichen Lächeln mit dem man empfangen werden soll, wo war das nur??? Wir haben schon inweitaus weniger luxuriöseren Anlagen einen erholsameren und stressfreieren Urlaub verbracht,werden die Insel und all die anderen Menschen die wir kennen gelernt haben nie vergessen.
