The hotel's location is very good. Staff are nice and the rooms are okay, however the hotel is way overpriced. The bathroom is average if that, the bathtub was mouldy and sometimes there was no warm water in the morning. The hotel overcharged me for my stay by US$300 compared to my original booking via a hotel booking website and now, after 7 weeks, still has not refunded the money. Personally, I will avoid this hotel in the future and look for better-value options with better reputation.

A nice enough hotel, but its heavy security presence is not there without reason. While we were there, my cards and money were stolen out of my room while I was in the bathroom (with my door unlocked), and our doors were tried several times at various times of the day. The place obviously has a problem with sneak thieves, but I was told that it was impossible for a prowler to have got into the hotel. The management refused to report my theft to the police - although they were fairly helpful in other ways.
