This is a superb hotel. Excellent food/service and the weekend rates are fantatsic.
We stayed there with our 4 month old son and the staff were very accommodating in terms of heating up / storing food etc...
The decor is very trendy and does not stop at the reception like some hotels: the rooms are lovely too. Bed v. comfortable.
Even though on a major road, v. quiet.
Would definitley go back.

Stayed here for a training course. Easy to get to, parking was no problem. Dining area, bedrooms and meeting rooms are fine. Only comment is that for some reason while the hotel provides free internet access you need to bring your own cable or buy one for ?5. There is wireless in the bar area only.

We booked this hotel at the very last minute through the hotel’s website, 16:30 on the night we stayed. It was Easter Sunday and we got an excellent rate of ?40.
The hotel is very modern in design with a glass front and large open reception area. The bar is cosy and has a trendy atmosphere with chilled music and candles. There is a piano, although no one was on it the night we stayed. We didn’t eat in the restaurant (as we were cheap and hopped over the road to Nandos!) but it looked uber chic with an imaginative and appetising menu.
Our large room had a flat screen TV on the wall, and huge mirrored wardrobes. There was an iron and ironing board, tea/coffee/biscuits, the usual extortionate room service, desk and chair. The d?cor was the standard modern hotel room look of beiges and browns, although the entrance was painted a pale purple. We had an amazing nights sleep in the oooooh so comfortable bed, and with check out at 11.00am we made the most of it!
Opposite the hotel is The Galleria, a large shopping centre which is full of outlet stores so cheaper than the average high street. There are a few big names (Choice part of Next, Marks and Sparks, Jane Norman, Thorntons, TK Maxx), and there’s also a cinema and various food outlets (Nandos, Bella Italia, Franky and Bennys, Chilis, Fine Burger Co.).
We would certainly stay here again.

What an amazing evening

My Partner and I along with many other family members attended our brother in laws 40th birthday party and then stayed the night. I am shocked by some of the reviews I have read. Our room was immaculate the party was fabulous and the food was outstanding. The staff were all so helpful and made all of our evening even more special. We have since been to two Christmas parties and loved every minute of it.
