The Hotel is on the western side of town, convenient to the Freeway. The rooms are large and clean. The beds are large and comfortable, the bathrooms exceptionally clean, the air conditioner works and is quiet. The staff is friendly. They have wifi connectivity and two computers in the lobby for guest use. We used it both before going into the Grand Canyon, and, a week later, after leaving. It was great. We were able to drive up and get rooms, but the hotel was almost full, and I'd recommend calling ahead. It is a motel set-up, without an internal hallway. Good place for a relaxing overnight stay in Kingman. Pet friendly, we saw several dog owners there.

My puppy and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights after walking out of the Motel 6 in the late evening (see my review for that hotel and STAY AWAY FROM IT AT ALL COSTS!). Check in was easy and fast even though we had no reservations. Traveling with a pet gives you few options but this hotel was way above what I expected! The price, even with the extra fee for my puppy was beyond reasonable and they even provide breakfast in the morning free of charge. Not wanting to leave my dog alone in the car (you cannot leave pets in the room unattended) I did not personally take advantage of this but other guests told me that the food was above average for a continental breakfast. The microwave and fridge in the room made it easy for us since we were able to buy frozen dinners and cook them in the room. They also provide a stocked coffe maker at no extra charge. The room was immaculate, huge for the price and very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for an extended stay or even just for one night. After staying at several hotels in the Kingman area in the past few years I can honestly stay that this is one of only two hotels in that town that I would consider (the Hamptom Inn on the corner of Stockton Hill and Sycamore being the other one), and it is the only one that is pet friendly, clean and safe. Kingman is a dicey town, so if you have to stay there please do your homework CAREFULLY. There are parts of this town that you do not want to be stuck in after dark.

So clean - Exceptionally clean! A friendly place with an excellent breakfast buffet. The local map they give at the front desk was very helpful. They even had a very nice dog park on the map - practically within walking distance from the hotel - and my dog loved it!

This is a nice place to stay while passing through Kingman - clean, quiet, and nice breakfast buffet. Elderly staff seemed to be friendly but check-in person seemed not so friendly when I asked about the weather. Bathroom was nice and must have been recently tiled and done as it looked clean and newer. The rooms have a nice refrig and microwave along with a large sized room with a dresser and eating table. I took the advice from fellow Trip Advisor's and we didn't go wrong. The only thing that could have been better was that the pool could have been cleaner.
