Spent 2 nights here so we could do the sights and take in an AC Milan match at the San Siro stadium. This hotel has a lovely friendly atmosphere and very helpful staff who couldn't do enough to help us book taxis, tourist info etc. We stayed in a pleasant 4 bedded family room which had everything we needed and was excellent value at ?110 per room per night including a good breakfast buffet. The hotel has a pleasant covered seating area at the entrance where you can relax and enjoy your wine/coffee. It is in a residential street near a school and church - the church bells add to the atmosphere of being in Italy. It is nearby a main road but the traffic noise wasn't a problem. There is a small park with swings and grassy area right next door which is ideal if you have children who need to run off some energy. The hotel arranged a transfer from Linate airport for us for ?30 (c 30 minute transfer) and can arrange taxis to the San Siro (c 15 mins). You can be in Milan centre in c 20 minutes by public transport or taxi (c ?15-18). If you want to go and see The Last Supper painting be sure to book 10-12 weeks in advance.
All in all a great little hotel if you just want somewhere clean, comfortable and friendly to sleep in whilst doing the sights and don't want to spend a fortune.

Stayed in this hotel for 4 nights, Staff were very helpful & rooms cleaned on a daily basis, breakfast was basic but always nice, Got Bus then train to Milan centre which took approx 30 minutes but very easy to find, this is an excellent hotel and I would highly recommend staying there.

This is a very nice and confortable 3* hotel in a bad location.
The rooms were nice and confortable. Our room was a triple one, and we were amazed to find a very spacious and well-decorated room with 3 very confortable beds (no portable bed). The bathroom was well stuffed and very practicaly arranged.
The reception people were warm, welcoming and particularly helpful, despite my storm of consequtive questions. The lengths they went to for our service could easily be compared with the concierge services of some of the best 5-star hotels.
The hotel restaurant & bar served delicious food & nice drinks. The breakfast was rich and diverse, catering for a wide range of breakfast customs, except that the coffee was served from a vending machine (instead of an espresso bar).
The biggest problem we had in the hotel was that the power in the room had to go out whenever we exited, which made it difficult to operate my battery chargers and my laptop. We solved it by using the minibar's power outlet which was always on (the minibar was not stuffed).
Their laundry service was overpriced and slow, but the very existence of a laundry service is itself a big deal for a hotel in this class.
The hotel's location was remote and it was difficult to reach the city center with public transport (the closest metro station was 1Km away). Furthermore, it was located right next to an industrial area, where, at nights, the main street was full of milan's underworld.
There was no usable internet connection in the hotel.

stayed in May 2007
We stayed here in February 2006 during the Olympics. Everything in Torino was booked and Milan was catching the overflow and prices were getting higher. We booked here because it was only 55Euro a night. We had wireless internet access in our room. Plentiful breakfast that consisted of meat, cheese, cereal, yogurt, juice and yummy croisants. Our room was very clean. The hotel is out of the city but we would just have the hotel call us a cab . The staff was not rude not overly chatty either but I wasn't there to make new friends. This hotel was good for us since we just needed it to sleep in.
