I stayed more than once in this Hilton Hotel, which is actually great for those looking for relaxtion and a quiet area. On the other hand, there are big cities in this area as well (Utrecht, Amersfoort, 45 minutes from Amsterdam)... I stayed in the King Suites of the hotel, which are spacious with a separate living and bed room. If breakfast is included they serve also a very royal breakfast in your room. Each room has a balcony and I only had rooms looking over the also great golf course. The indoor swimming pool is also nice for the winters. Staff has at my stays always been friendly and doing anything for you!

This hotel is fab if you are looking for a relaxing weekend away. The room was spacious and comfortable - the staff was accommodating and the Sauna was heaven. Altogether a real good place to spend a weekend.

I have to say, i was very impressed with this Hilton, and it exceeded my expectations. The rooms were tastefully decorated and quite modern. The bar/lounge was pretty and relaxing. The sauna steam room and pool were great as well as complimentary. My only compaint about the whole place is the the indoor pool was not warm enough. However as a diamond member who has stayed at tons of hiltons, i feel that this is a really nice one. I only stayed for one night but i wish i stayed for more. The neary town of Amersfoort was really cute and I liked it better than Utrecht.

This hotel presents itself as a 4 star hotel and some of the amenities like the pool, the spa and the golf course really are. But the rooms aren't... Although it's nice to have a balcony and sit outside when looking over the golfcourse and the woods, they could have made the screens that divide the balconies just a bit longer! Now it's possible to look around them on other people's balcony and in their room... The room and bathroom are large and look clean, but the soap dispensers in the bathroom look quite cheap. There are bottles of shampoo etc. also, so why those dispensers are there is quite a mystery... The mattresses are very firm! Not very comfortable for people with back problems if you ask me. Breakfast was nothing special; just like any other hotel of this star class. Food from the menu isn't anything special either. They try to make it look fancy but the taste surely isn't... The prices of food and beverage ARE 4 star btw! € 3 for a small glass of beer! The hotel bar is located in some sort of basement and is no fun at all. We've waited for almost 10 minutes for some service but clearly the staff had problems finding that ''basement''. All in all not bad for the price we paid, but nothing special either. Except the location: right in the middle of one of the ''greenest'' parts of The Netherlands with cute towns/cities like Baarn, Zeist, Utrecht, etc. nearby with enough restaurants to go to besides the one in the hotel.

Just stayed for 2 nights at this Hilton. A few years ago this hotel was part of the Holiday Inn chain and this could still be the case. Lets face it, shampoo dispenser in the bathroom is not what you expect in a real Hilton. Also the TV was right from the 80's. It's also very strange that all the rooms, even suites, have the same size. Breakfast is served either in the restaurant or in a very large meeting room. In the restaurant it took a long time before coffee was served, in the meetingroom only selfservice. The hotelbar is in the middle of pooltables not a nice place to have a drink in the evening. This Hilton also attracts lots of young people you normally don't see at Hiltons. I think this hotel has to be part of Holiday Inn chain because that's what you get, a real 3 star service.
