This hotel is a disgrace to the Hilton name. We paid $200 a night for a room that, in the condition it was in, should have cost about $60. We had a "junior suite" and the only thing positive I can say about the room is that it was good sized. The single window in the room looked out directly onto a roof top littered with broken glass, bottles, cans and hundreds of cigerette butts. The aircondditioner didn't work, fridge didn't work, peeling wallpaper, crusty faucet, TINY shower, curtain half falling down, and the first night we were there when I pulled back the covers two bugs crawled out...ugh.The next day when our room was cleaned none of the used supples were replaced and only one towel was left for my family of four...The front desk staff tried to be helpful and did the best they could with what they had. This hotel is in desperate need of a major remodel. There are much nicer hotels in the area for half the price. I would never stay here again...ever!

Room was OK, bed was enormous and was clean and comfortable.
As previously mentioned the reception staff were very disinterested (they weren't busy either). I took advantage of the late check out at 6pm which is handy if you want a lay in or a lazy day... which I did but was disappointed when I tried to ring for room service about 20 times during the day and got no answer. I queried this with reception a couple of times but they just put me through again to a phone which no-one answered. I mentioned this on checkout but the receptionist couldnt really have cared less, although all the staff I met were polite.
Dont be suprised if you take up the late checkout that you wont be able to get back into your room after midday, this happened to all of us. Fortunately there was a maid nearby who let me back in (but didnt check if it was my room - I could have been a thief).
The bar was open quite late and I think we were a bit noisy but they let us get on with it and didnt bother us. The bar area is quite nice and relaxing.
Come on Hilton ! I know Paris is high maintenance and you need the money but at approx ?80 a night you need to try harder.

Spent one night in this hotel last thursday and was not that impressed at all. The only members of staff that were at all pleseant were the reception staff - welcoming arrival. once in room, I notice the curtain was falling off the wall, the carpet had a hole in it under the bedside table. The bath mat was dirty as was the shower curtain and floor mat and there were many marks on the walls. Also no toothpaste, the bin was dirty and some of the lights did not work. The mini-bar was empty and the cold water tap in the bathroom leaked - water everywhere. The beds were very uncomfortable, never had a worse nights sleep.
Went down for dinner, which was quite and experience. The staff were nice enough at first, but then terrible. There was only about 12 dinners in the restaurant. We ordered from the pre-set menu, 2 courses each, 1 starter, 2 mains and 1 desert - simple enough. First course arrived, trio of salmon which looked as though it had just come out of the fridge and been placed on salad leaves. Ok I suppose. Waited almost 40 minutes for the staff to clear away plates, not impressed. other guests had come in, been served and were eating 2nd course by this time. Also noticed the staff spent a lot of time in the kitchen and were sampling wine with one of the other guests. After this the 2nd courses were not a patch on what a London Hilton Hotel should serve. Lasagna was basically just pasta and cream sauce and the duck was too salty and not well presented on the plate. The desert of fruit salad looked as though it had been left out all day probably from breakfast as noticed it the next morning. The cutlery and glasses were dirty and the place wasnt very clean.
The breakfast was terrible, could have made a better job myself. Very fatty and greasy.
My previous stay in the Novotel at Heathrow airport was better. Not impressed with this hotel one bit.
